As I pulled up to the drive-through at Dunkin’ - Baskin-Robbins, I couldn't help but feel a sense of nostalgia tinged with a bit of skepticism. Over the years, the quality of my beloved chocolate chip milkshake seemed to have dwindled, prompting me to abandon it altogether. However, today, I decided to give it another chance, and I'm thrilled to report that I was pleasantly surprised.

From the moment I placed my order, the service was exceptional, especially considering the bustling hour of 6:30 PM. Despite the rush, my order was promptly taken, and I didn't have to wait long before being greeted with a smile at the pick-up window.

Now, onto the star of the show: the chocolate chip milkshake. Oh, how it delighted my taste buds! The quality was reminiscent of the shakes I used to enjoy back when Baskin-Robbins reigned supreme. It was creamy, indulgent, and bursting with chocolatey goodness. With each sip, I was transported back to simpler times, where life's greatest joy came in the form of a delicious frozen treat.

But the pleasant surprises didn't end there. Alongside my rejuvenated milkshake, I also indulged in some donuts, and to my delight, they were fresh. It's a rare find to encounter freshly baked donuts at 6:30 PM, but this Dunkin’ - Baskin-Robbins location defied expectations. Each bite was a testament to the care and attention to detail put into every product.

In conclusion, my visit to Dunkin’ - Baskin-Robbins was a delightful trip down memory lane, sprinkled with newfound appreciation. The revived quality of the chocolate chip milkshake and the freshness of the donuts have rekindled my love for this establishment. Kudos to the team behind the counter for delivering exceptional service and reminding me of something I used to...

Been coming to this location for almost 6 years!!! Daily! I'm a well-known customer that comes here!! half the time I come they just tell me to pull up because they already know my coffee but lately they've been screwing on my coffee and it tastes horrible and gross I just assumed it was because they got new workers. so I ended up switching my coffee to the Frozen coffees how could they not mess that up there's no sugar or cream in it! . The coffee is good but they barely put any whipped cream and when they do it's watery like it's been sitting out if you want to get technical that sits out for more than 2 hours it's considered old but who am I to say its old. Today when I came in I pacifically told them to make sure that there's whip cream on my coffee because every time I come here there's barely any on here especially since I'm paying for it well when they passed it out I barely got any on it like if it's a joke to them that I even asked for more whip cream but clearly on the picture that they advertise the whipped creams all the way up to the top of the lid! Very disappointed in the way the service and the coffee's been coming out lately I work at a fast food restaurant so I completely understand people complaining and messing up orders and I hate to be the one to complain about a messed up order but it's messed up that I've been coming here for so long and they continue to mess up my order and for them to pass on my coffee today when I clearly stated that I wanted whipped cream and not having any on it seem like it it's funny to them that'll be the last time I come to that location I definitely recommend going to the Lawrence and River Road never had a problem with them and if I could I would have never put any stars for...

2 things, first off the employees at this location are very unprofessional and rude. The young spanish girl (im spanish myself so this has nothing to do with race i just want her to be identified since i dont know her name) gave me horrible service. She was rolling her eyes at me and laughing in the background while talking to me as if i was a burden getting mad at me for asking for accomadations to my order due to my allergies. Im a fan of the beyond sausage breakfast sandwich but im allergic to egg and cheese so i order just the beyond patty and English muffins separately to avoid them putting cheese or egg on it and its cheaper that way for me since im not getting egg or cheese which is like half the sandwich but for some reason at certain locations, this being one of them, im told they need to charge me full price for the sandwich even though im only getting bread and a patty with no egg no cheese. They cannot accomadate what so ever and it is against their policy. They are just plain greedy, they are not losing any money selling it to me cheaper when purchased separately. They however have lost my business forever at this location. Shows how much they really care about their customers that they would rather lose business than not squeeze an extra dollar out of a customer. I understand if thats their policy i happily go to another dunkin that does accommodate to my request but the way that girl treated my wife and I, and the manager who allowed such service are just horrible people and shouldnt be working there. They shouldnt treat people that way and need to be more...

I’ve been going to this location since 2023 and have always ordered less ice in my iced drinks. I’ve verbally requested less ice in the drive thru and it’s been printed out on my receipts on my online orders. THEY ALMOST NEVER follow thru with that request. I’ve complained to them before about that, I get less of the drink I’m paying for because they fill up my drinks all the way with ice. Picture below for reference, you can see how much ice is put into my cups. I had to ask them for the donut I ordered because they forgot and then when I went into the bathroom I didn’t bring my drinks, (which still had drinks in them) I come back out and they had thrown our drinks out for us. I asked them why and the male manager on duty this afternoon said ā€œthere was barely anything left (lie) and no one was out here.ā€ I left the store and called my husband and he said the male manager told him that me and my child were in fact NOT in the bathroom and that they supposedly checked and no one was in there, (lie) and the drinks ā€œbarelyā€ had anything left in them. After leaving my child began to cry because she wanted to finish her refresher and said there was still a lot in it and it felt mean they threw them away. I will not be coming back here it seems they never follow thru with the LESS ICE requests and don’t pay attention to the directions on the receipt. The manager also lied and downplayed the story so he didn’t have to fix our issue. I’m very disappointed.

Are you a commuter looking to stop for a cup of coffee in a friendly environment with a public restroom?šŸ™‚ Don't bother coming here; this place has neither of those. Although this Dunkin is quite spacious, the seating is rather sparce. An employee, who was not only rude but dismissive, explained that this was done purposely so that this establishment remains exempt from following a city ordinance that require public restrooms in restaurants with over 23 seats; specifically to deter "homeless people from destroying everything". Why pay $5 for watered down coffee and another $5 for D-grade food at Dunkin, when there are other coffee shops in the area offering superior quality, and a better experience for a similar or better price point? šŸ™ƒ
