Leu's Oriental Chop Suey — Restaurant in Leyden Township

First of all I placed an order online Today at 5:30pm and I turned off my card transactions because that’s what I do I assumed that after I got the notification about my order being processed that they would take the funds right away HOWEVER They did not do that at 6:30lm I called to see how long my order would take to arrive because at this point it’s been an Hour since I placed the order. She explained to me that it would be a few minutes they were busy. I said okay I was never rude to her not at all. I got a notification from my bank stating that They tried to charge my card but because my transactions were off it didn’t go through. So I decided to call to let them know that they were off and I was going to turn them on so they can run the payment. I proceed to give her my card number over the phone because that’show she wanted it It didn’t go through I ask her to try again that didn’t go through. Now I proceed to say maybe I need to use another card before i could get the word card out She HUNG up. So I’m thinking maybe we got disconnected so I called back to see what was going on I’ve literally waited an hour for my food. I asked her did she hang up on me she Blatantly said YES I’m busy and your card isn’t working and I’m cancelling your order. And hung up again. That was very disgusting of her to hang up on someone face. We could have worked something out I could have just came in and paid for the order and picked up the food but she didn’t even try to reason or hear me so for that I will NEVER PLACE ANOTHER ODDER HERE EVER AGAIN. This was the worst food ever! I would have done better going to a panda place instead. We ordered 9 different food items along with appetizers. All the meals tasted exactly the same. We had 8 people eating and with getting 6 main dishes you think they give right amount of 🍚 rice. We only got 3 small rice containers. On menu each of 6 main meals was suppose to come with a rice, so got cheated out of 3 rice containers. 8 people had to share 3 small rice containers. Every dish had sugar/sweet taste, I've never experienced anything like this before. They got 2 of the orders wrong so we didn't even get what we actually ordered. All the food dishes were complete garbage. This use to be my favorite place to get Chinese food especially the beef chop suey! Never again will I get food from this place. What happened to your cooking? It's just garbage now! Biggest waste of my hard earned money $65. Bucks down the drain!!!!!!! I ordered the teriyaki beef with the fried rice. I had it delivered. Delivery was fast not an issue there. However this is not teriyaki beef that I got it is extremely hot and spicy. I called the restaurant and she insisted that it wasn’t spicy. Then I believe she talked to the cook and they did hibachi beef not teriyaki beef and hibachi has the spicy flour. All she did was argue with me on the phone. I spent $16.99 for this meal that is going to go in the garbage because I have nobody else here who will eat it by myself. It is so spicy is making me sick. All she kept saying was I’m sorry honey I’m sorry honey but teriyaki is no spicy hibachi is and I said and I ordered teriyaki. And result not making good on it at all. I don’t think they will order from them again.
