The food here is always fast. The service is always good and fast. They have a great team that works there. This McDonald's also has a marketing manager, April Lillie that is definitely all about helping and donating to the community where it is needed. I took a flyer for a women's conference that I was having at my church and I was looking for door prizes to give out. The lady I spoke to told me I had to give her a flyer and she would have to give it to corporate. I didn't think that I would hear anything back from them. To my surprise,. 4 days later, I received a call. From their new marketing manager. Her name is April Lilly. She asked me about our event. And I politely told her about the silver boxes event. And she asked how many coupons would I need.. I told her we were expecting about 50 women., then she returned with the question. Would 25 be enough?, with thanks I said most definitely. When miss lily sent our coupons, she not only sent 25 coupons, she sent 35 coupons. We are so grateful. To have McDonalds, even as large as they are to be willing to donate to our small community. Turns out at the women's conference there was a young lady that had lost her job and she ate at mcDonald's a lot because it was very cheap so we had about 10 McDonalds coupons left over after the conference and we were able to give her the extra coupons. I am convinced that This McDonald's, as large as they are, are definitely community minded. Read more2 outta 3x’s from recent visits I have encountered the most unprofessional, argumentative and downright rude employees. If a customer has a coupon from your company’s website/app and has given it when requested then there’s no reason to argue or be rude because YOU haven’t been properly trained on how to apply these codes into YOUR register. And both times it’s been either a Manager or Shift Lead who’s being unprofessional! I have no intentions on returning to this location. I will drive across town or we can make our own version of McFlurries and Milkshakes at home for cheaper and be happier not being belittled by this location’s employees. IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB THEN QUIT!! Don’t take it out on customers cuz guess what if it wasn’t for the customer you wouldn’t have that job! Read moreWent through drive through and lady working the drive through said she'd be right with us... She helped 3 cars in the other lane so I said something in order to get my order taken. Get to window lady says she didn't know we were sitting there even though she said she'd be right with us... When we got our food our fries were dumped out of the containers and our sandwiches/burgers weren't even wrapped correctly. It looked like somebody folded paper once then threw it in the bag. I'm not a huge McDonald's fan cause they always screw up my order where I'm from but I have been to some McDonald's that I've never had issues with(rare yes) need to do better with customer service regardless of how busy it gets.
