If I could leave negative stars I would. Most all my reviews are always 5 star reviews, but this time I was appalled at the service, or lack of and am sad I have to leave a bad review. After a 1.5 hour wait for food, wrong order/missing items and being told we would have to wait another hour, or get it ourselves, constant rudeness, no apology, and then treated like criminals when my husband finally just went up for a refund so we could spend our money elsewhere because now dinner turned into bedtime, he asked for the boss's number. When he told the girl at the cashier that he didn't want to get her in trouble but their service and rudeness was extremely unsatisfactory, he was verbally attacked and not asked, but told to leave! When he walked out she locked the door behind him and the number she wrote down on the back of the recipient wasn't the main manager/boss number, but instead chicken scratch! We will not be back to this location. We have never been treated so horribly. We went to Subway and were treated like family. Our hard earned money will be spent elsewhere. The burgundy haired girl at the register who said she was in charge at the time treated me and my husband with such disrespect, it was astonishing. Read moreMy online order was confirmed at 11:51am. At 12:45pm I had not gotten my order so I called to check in. I spoke to someone and they said it was out for delivery, but I didn't get my name or order number and I was calling from my office phone so its not even the same contact information. I called again at 1:10pm and the employee that answered the phone said, "yeah we only have 1 driver right now." I expressed that someone told me that delivery was out but never asked order information. He looked it up, said he didn't see it in the store but another driver just picked up 10 orders and it would be there shortly. I called the store at 1:35pm and spoke with Andre (said he was the manager but I have my doubts) and he was completely disrespectful. I have worked in customer service for over 20 years and never have I had someone be so rude. I asked him for a refund and he said he would credit my Jimmy Johns account and that was the only way to rectify it. At 1:55 the delivery driver comes in and I told him it can go back to the store.

Read moreI ordered from this Jimmy John's for about two years when I was managing a business in Liberty. Their delivery speed was excellent, the food was always well made, and the orders were always correct, with only one exception when I had ordered a Diet Coke and they delivered a regular Coke.
The drivers were always courteous and polite, and the few times I had to call in to the store (I ordered online), the people on the phone were great as well.
I've been in-store a few times since the store I managed closed, and I found the store to be clean, the staff to be very nice, and the service to be excellent.
