I've been wanting to stop at this restaurant for some time. The restaurant has such curb appeal, inside was festive, clean and was very nice. They even had a cute little gift shop. So much potential but unfortunately the food was not good. After eating authentic Mexican food for so long...it's easy for locals to get fooled by this "Mexican" trickery. The salsa was a river of watery tomatoe sauce. There was no point to it. The guacamole had an odd taste and was nothing but tomatoes. The rice was even strange. The veggies on my tacos were so salty and hard to eat yet the chicken was bland. The beans and chips were good and they had a delicuous watermelon beverage. Both of our food orders were messed up and after watching the waitress walking around with a pitcher with lemons and drinking out of it with a straw...I was turned off. Granted its important to stay hydrated, she was obviously using it as a cup but I had to do a double take. I really wanted to leave a great review and I really wanted to enjoy this place but it just didn't hold up and didn't meet my...

Was in for a late lunch. Ordered Taquitos. Received a meal that didn’t look like what I ordered - told waiter - he ignored me and walked away. I didn’t see him back or anyone for that matter to have it changed or something. Was starved. Sat and waited about 20 minutes. Saw waiter called him over to me and for the second time said I didn’t order this and showed him. Told him what he gave me was awful and didn’t taste like real meat? Rubbery and disgusting . He gave me check and manager woman… well she was worse than a waiter who doesn’t know the food or English! She wanted me to pay for food I didn’t order didn’t like and thought was awful and didn’t eat! I will not go there again and I am sorry to report no one else should bother either. They clearly don’t know how to run a restaurant- hire staff or treat customers! And please it’s fine you want a Mexican restaurant to have authentic Mexican people working there but I draw the line when they can’t converse with customers at all and can’t understand what...

I went there with my grandmother a few months ago, we both got enchiladas, she got beef and I got chicken. The service was good and quick, but the food was the worst Mexican I've ever had. When we got the food it was disgusting. Everything looked grey and unappealing, everything was soggy as well. When we started eating the food the meat was very sweet, the beef tasted like it came out of a chef boyardee can. The tortilla also had a strange taste to it. The food was also very dry. The sauce was also bad. The only half decent thing on our plates were the refried beans, which are impossible to mess up. I don't know if they've changed how they do things in the last few months, but I'm very...

This has become our favorite restaurant... amazing food, amazing people. First time here. The decor was so festive. The food was authentic and delicious. Owners, Stephanie (front of the house) and Alfredo(Chef), have out done themselves. I was so impressed by everything from start to finish. Will definitely be back!!! Highly recommended!

Great spot with good Mexican food. The service was very good, and our meals came quickly. The restaurant is clean and somewhat new. It is located in the heart of everything in Ligonier and close walk to all the shops and stores in and around the square. This was my first visit and I will definitely be back.
