Joseph zdrrilich is a Horrible lawyer! Very rude to begin with and not professional! I am the client! Not you!! I do not recommend him at all!! I had to use other lawyer to get my kids back even though he finished my custody case because he didn’t wanna get involve with it . Apparently because according to him I owed him few hundred dollars. He didn’t tell me when we finished the case that I owe him more money and he sent the bill to my old address I shortly moved to different house when the case was over and never received the bills. He was refusing to write my ex a letter to send my kids back because I didn’t pay him few hundred dollars I owed him. I asked him why he didn’t call or email me about the bill, he replied. I’m not the debt collector!!! I was in desperate situation because my kids were in London and the flight was two days later. first he said he will write him an email once he get to work but I never hear from him. I called him back that evening, I couldn’t get through him and he never sent the email. Early morning next day, I had to call him to remind him because I only had 1 day left for him to email my ex husband then, he called me back and started yelling at me with his Abrupted words and telling me He is not going to do it. If he would had told me, I would had more time to seek for another lawyer!! At the end I had to seek help with other lawyer and got my problem solve. I am terrified by him and I had to think many times to write this review. I suffer with panic disorder and on medication also. I’m afraid he will call me and with his rude and brutal words after He see this review but I thought I had to let people know what kind of lawyer they are dealing with. One more thing, his wife claire, she is great and very kind!! She is in different field as him.

Replying to your reply, you are mentioning all the things that are already said on the review. I told you I wasn’t aware of the unpaid bill and I said I will pay it when you mentioned it to me, plus I never called you every hour. I can pull out my phone call list to you and prove it to you. As far as I concerned, if I was your client and explained my situation, you should still be responsible if I was willing to pay. I have my house and car paid off. I don’t got to worry about 300 dollars I owe you!!! You promised me to write my kids father a letter but decided not to be responsible over 300 dollars I owe you even though I said I will pay you. this is probably my worst closing situation i came across.

The story is we use this firm as our previous house closing back to couple years ago, at that moment their price is reasonable. So this time when we are looking for closing lawyer, this one become one of our options. We send out email to get quote with several laywer, and this one gives us a lowest closing cost so we filter out all others and keep it as our final one. However, once everything settle down, they send new quote to the loan broker without informing me. And I found the new quote when I review the CD. And i emailed them again, their reply is they feel sorry about their mistakely put the wrong data number into the first quote. And the new quote actually not very competitive to other lawyers we filter out first time. But that moment is too late for us to change lawyer. SO we have to engage them. I think they play some kind of trick to give a cheaper price for attracting people. After deciding engaged with them, they change the new quote. And their serive is just did what they should do. We even have to contact HOA again after they file the document to open account, since they said that's not their responsibility anymore. SO totally we paid more than 5000$ just for staying 2 hours. And that day we have to wait abut 1 hr to let the group before us finish their closing even we went...

There are so many great things I experienced with this firm it's hard to put into words. I was involved in car accident involving a semi.  From the time I called the firm to ask for help on the weekend no less Joe promptly replied. I met with the firm that Monday.  The firm filed that week and in 9 short months the case was resolved. In those months the team at the firm negotiated my property damage.  Made sure I got the right medical attention. Made sure my pain was subsiding.  Was with me every step of the way.  The firm answered every text phone call promptly weekly and sometimes daily.  Joe even answered me on his Thanksgiving vacation in the mountains because I was experiencing heightened pain.  In the end I ended up having to schedule surgery.  Joe walked me thru my covid anxiety and made sure I felt safe during my hospital stay.  The firm and the team took care of me like I was family.  There are so many instances where I was taken back by how the firm handled my case with such care that I felt like I was their only case.  Even with the case resolved Joe has checked in just to check in with my over all well being.  I will always recommend Joe and his team to my loved ones for their...
