I've probably given this place more chances then I should have and not learned my lesson. As an ex-resturant manger, I try to stay sympathetic to the mistakes and wait most, if not, all times I've gone and just enjoy what i get. I feel like after 3 years, something should have gotten resolved to be more prepared. Gave it another chance today instead of driving a few mins more to Chik-fil-a. One customer, 2 people in front of me, was already upset from waiting. The cashier was unable to put in orders correctly, causing the manager to have to take orders. This didn't even help as the manager or the staff either could not enter/put in the correct items so it's anyones guess what you'll leave with. The customer in front of me would end up not getting her order til I finished eating, AND the 3 customers BEHIND me left with their food. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, got regular which I would have been okay with but disappointed I was asked for the option and got regular, or no one reached out after to let me know itd been regular. I asked for Hot Nashville for nuggets and the manager replied, "If he can find it." (I didn't get it and no one would tell me directly they didnt have any sauce but Hot Honey) Turned out an additional reason customers were upset was because they only had 1 of their many sauces and this wasnt being communicated til way after they've been waiting/ asked multiple times. I ordered mac and cheese and got some odd translucent mashed potatoes. The smell genuinely reminded me of waiting at the subway station. Tried to not be off put and tasted it, which tasted okay but I didn't want to risk something being wrong. I did not raise concerns or request money back seeing how the manager handled the disgruntled customers ahead of me and bit the bullet that I just need to stop going to KFC. I tossed the mashed potatoes and settled for what parts were done okay enough vs what I ordered. Seeing this amount of chaos and lack of order, makes me extremely concerned for their ability to food handle or keep to sanitation protocols. It feels like its everyone's first week.
Overall, this place has consistently been chaotic, unwelcoming, and in need of help from regional and upper management if if plans to stick around. They seem to need more training, help with food ordering, and customer relations.

I went through the drive thru today and was yelled at by the person taking orders, after attempting to order fries for my daughter. I was told āWE HAVE NO FRIES, NONE WHAT SO EVERā which I found odd, but ordered from the Taco Bell side of the menu. After repeating āDIET PEPSIā for the fourth time at the window and paying I was asked to pull ahead to a parking spot and my food would be brought out to me. After 12 minutes of waiting and having to be somewhere, I pulled around went into the store and asked the cashier for a refund, stating I had been waiting for over 10 minutes and could no longer wait. She takes my receipt goes to the drive thru rep who says āThatās the order I tried to find outsideā. The cashier then goes off to a storage/office area comes back with a bag and tries to give it to me. Not wanting food that sat in an area completely out of view and for who knows how long, I repeated I wanted a refund not the food. To which am unseen person yells āWE DONāT DO REFUNDS THEY HAVE TO CALL THE CORPORATE NUMBERā I respond āYou can refund me $8ā and the cashier then responds āI am not dealing with your smart a$$ mouth, here is your food take it and leaveā puts the bag on the counter and walks away. I say āI DO NOT HAVE A SMART MOUTHā and begin to walk out not wanting to get into a shouting match with the unprofessional staff in front of my child. At which point both the drive thru rep and cashier yell at me to take my food. I turn around and say āNo thank you I donāt want food that was put in a side office and has had I donāt know what done to it, I will just call the corporate numberā. The corporate rep took all my information about the situation and promised someone would be in touch in the mean time I still have not gotten my money back and can confidently say I donāt ever wish to do business with this...

Environment: I haven't been inside this exact location since 2019. The have made a large facelift to the lobby. It was overall clean and organized at the time of my visit. One big negative is the presentation of the menu. In the picture you can see you can barely see the menu even existing due to it being installed way to high. They have an overhang above the counter that blocks being able to see the in store menu. I know they are really pushing people to mobile order so customers can earn rewards as there doesn't seem to be a clear way to link them to an in store purchase.
Customer Service: The employees on staff at this time were very responsive, greeting those that came in, and making sure someone was always available to take in lobby orders. I also did overhear the employees communicating the game plan for the food prep to handle the upcoming dinner rush so the food would be as fresh as possible.
Meal: This visit I decided to try the new Smash'd Potato Bowl with Nuggets Combo Meal which cost just over $10. I was not very impressed with this item in general. This bowl consists of a handful of fries, layered with 1 scoop of mashed potatoes, shredded cheese, bacon bits, cheese sauce, and 5 nuggets. This new Cheese sauces flavor seemed very non existent, and the single scoop of mashed potatoes just doesn't feel like enough for this price.
