Wawa — Restaurant in Limerick Township

Most of the employees are not bad, the try to treat you with respect and politeness, then there are the ones who excel customer service, but it's only one or two, and they dont last long enough. The the really young, rude, obnoxious kids who have their friends in the store hanging at the check out talking to them while they are supposed to be giving the customer their undecided attention. But actually go out of their way to ignore you. One time the girl was handing me my paper change while looking and talking to her boyfriend hanging in the store disrupting the employees. I had to grab it from her hand, then I said thank you of course, but she never looked back. Amazing! I wanted to point it out to the manager I was so angry, but I went on my way. O and PLEASE put out hash browns by 5am!!! I have to work early and sometimes they are out and sometimes not. Gotta keep them coming out. And find a way to cook them consistently, and a little more done. They tend to stick to the bags when they are under cooked and all soggy. Maybe test one before serving to the public. Believe me, if you dont like, we wouldn't either. And make more 100% Columbian...

As like every other Wawa this store is extremely busy. Up until recently they had a manager that was at best I can say unfriendly. This was still my Wawa and I needed my Wawa every morning for my two eggs and coffee and occasionally my banana. I start my day off with Wawa and the friendly staff that help me get moving. However, there's been a major change my Wawa. They got a new manager. The manager's name is Brian. He goes above and beyond to make sure that his Wawa is running right. This morning he greeted me as I was getting my coffee and again he ran from the coffee station to the registers to help to move the line. He's friendly and he works hard this can only be positive things for his store. I know his employees see this and so do the customer. I would not stop going to this Wawa but Brian makes my day go...

Awful experience, I will never go back to any Wawa, especially this one!! While waiting for my food, that took about 15 mins to make 2 Italian hoagies, I was almost assaulted by a customer. The 3 men working behind the counter did nothing except watch the customer yell at me, call me the C word, tell me to watch it or he was going to slap me and teach me respect. The only reason he was mad was because he was trying to steal a sandwich and I had gotten in his way of that. In the end, the man ended up stealing someone else’s sandwich and left. I was so shaken up but thankfully another man (customer) came to stand by me and talked to me and tried to calm me down while I still stupidly waited for my sandwiches.
