Nearly EVERY single time I am here, there seems to be an issue. I visit daily, they know exactly what I want to order because I order the exact same thing every time I come in. It almost feels intentional when they make drinks incorrectly with how consistently i order the same thing and almost every time the drink tastes or looks different. the way they carry themselves it makes me feel guilty for even attempting to point out a mistake. To them and feel like I'm being mean when I simply want my drink to taste the same as it should every time. Eye rolls and dirty looks from every person, and I order a drink the way I do because I don't want to be charged for something I'm not ordering, yet they cancel the order I made and ring it up another way, because it's "easier" for them, yet they just deleted my whole order to ring up differently? Read moreAbsolute objective review, Starbucks customer for 20 years, travel all over and not asking for anything out of the ordinary. I have the displeasure of frequenting this location. I order basic items, this place is by far the worst Starbucks I have been to in most of the United States.
Horrible service, orders always wrong and the condescending attitude you get when politely asking for a correction is beyond comprehension. They don’t read instructions and can’t even put a lid on right.
I have been in Starbucks 10x busier and they have all this staff that can’t handle anything and are beyond disorganized.
The wait time is also outrageous any time of day or night.
I have tossed $20.00 in items and walked out. That tells you all you need to know.
Finally. not the locations fault - but this parking lot and the safety factor, insane.

Read morePRO TIP: If you are in a rush, go through the drive thru. This Starbucks places a very high value on the speed at which they get drive through orders done. They tend to ignore people when they come inside. I was the only on inside and it took them 5 minutes to make a coffee (by that I mean pouring the coffee into the cup with the accompanied almond milk). The employees seem to be mad at each other and really only talk in quiet voices over their head sets. I often feel like I am inconveniencing them when I come inside to get my coffee. Maybe I’ll order it through the drive-thru next time then bring it inside to drink?
The interior is beautiful and new. That’s why it got 2 stars instead of 1.
