Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Limerick Township

Ordered from this location twice and had issues both times. Both times, the crust was trash. Not your normal, doughy Papa Johns crust. I also paid extra both times for the cheese sauce and BOTH times they sent Bleu Cheese. I hate bleu cheese so it got tossed. This time, I placed my ordered and selected delivery for a specific time as I would not be home prior to that. I get a confirmation email that my order would be delivered 45 minutes prior to my selected time. I called the store and I explained what happened. I could barely understand the woman that answered the phone and I got some BS answer that she can't do anything about it and that it was Door Dashes fault. So needless to say. My order sat on my front porch for 50 minutes prior to me getting home. You couldn't pay me to order from this...

We ordered carry out through the website said it would be ready between 5:50-6 we got there at 6 and our ordered didn’t even start to be made until 6:40 and we didn’t leave until 7. There was zero communication as to what was going on and the one man working the register was getting so upset with everyone asking what was going on that he started slamming random orders down on the counter for people to find their own order. There were probably 10-15 of us all waiting, some for over an hour. We had to go behind the counter to find our own orders waiting on the shelf. Very rude and unprofessional. Ordered from this place 2 times and had issues both times. First time I ordered they forgot my soda which was 3$ for a 20oz and when I asked for a refund they never gave me one. It was an Indian that just told me to talk to my uber driver. The second time I got a delivery from this place I ordered 2 small pizzas at 9pm on the dot. I live 5 miles away. I didn't get my food delivered until 10:30 at night. AN HOUR AND A HALF FOR TWO TINY PIZZAS THAT COST ME 23$!
