Wawa — Restaurant in Upper Providence Township

okay so this is gonna be a long one. i came to this wawa when i i came to visit my bsf who lived in the area and she told me that wawa was a great area to go to (im from california and dont have these where im from) i can’t believe that this wawa has fired their employees on the spot for nothing. they have an immense power trip here and it’s disgusting. i can’t believe that both times ive been here in the 3 weeks i was visiting that they fired two employees. i could hear it from the lobby of the store, and the day before the general Manager was rude to all of his staff that day i came in aswell. the place has MICE , i’ve found hair and FINGER NAILS INSIDE MY FOOD BOTH TIMES IVE GONE THERE. i’ve smelt marijuana from inside the bathroom being smelled like they were lighting up on their shifts and have SEEN AN EMPLOYEE SNORTING A LINE AND SHOOTING UP when i walked into the bathroom . the person who took my orders both times were drunk and intoxicated on the job by alcohol and marijuana. i can’t believe that the general manager knows this is and continues to let this happen 🥱. if i were u i would not come here under any circumstance even if it’s dire. i’d save ur time and just go to a place down the road like mcdonald’s or sum shi. absolutely disappointed, how sad it is to see kids doing drugs on...

My sister in law brought me here to get iced coffee, which turned out to be the best stuff to come out of a machine. Just so happen we were back in town again, so I made a request to stop here before visiting family.

STORE: The store is clean, well stocked, and offers the usual convenience store selections, along with their own self-branded line of food & drinks.

BEVERAGE: Iced Coffee The Original flavor is the only one I've tried and is my favorite. The coffee flavor isn't too overpowering and has the perfect amount of cream & sugar premixed in. It's available in small & large sizes only.

Wawa Iced Tea I wasn't hesitant at all to try their store-branded bottled iced tea. It was very good and tastes just like Lipton's version but costs less.

FOOD: Hot Dog Their all-beef dogs are available in 2 sizes. Tasty dog, soft buns, and cheap.

SERVICE: Cashier was friendly.

OVERALL: Convenience...

This wawa isnt great. Every time I order food here there is always something wrong or they are out of something and if you order through the app its impossible to get a refund since the app is absolute trash. I get food here often as I live incredibly close. A couple times I've had to walk right back in after getting food delivered to speak to someone since they forgot something in my order or it was made incorrectly. I think I've ordered here 10 times in the last 6 months and every single time something was wrong. I keep thinking its just a fluke but no it appears to be this specific wawa. I dont know who management is but someone needs to pick...
