Eva took so much time today to walk me through technical issues with my printer. This woman understands customer service and Staples should recognize this. Her level of help and assistance was truly amazing, especially these days.
I also want to give a shout out to a gentleman I spoke with in their printing department last evening. Unfortunately, I did not get his name. He also helped me with a printing order I was trying to negotiate online but pick up at the store. He was also amazingly helpful and I want to say how much I appreciate it.
Management should really appreciate employees like this. They are rare. I am only sorry I did not get his name....

   Read moreI used this Staples location on Tuesday, October 25th to get some printing done. I was dropping off wedding programs. Casey, Rita, and Lindsay in the Printing and Copying center provided the best customer service to me. They were extremely helpful, patient, and kind in making sure I got the correct proofs (printing out samples so I could see them first and allowing me to correct a major mistake after printing had already started).
