I've been here quite often. Has what I need. But tonight I called in and the card readers were playing up, multiple times we tried to pay on two different cards, and the display kept freezing saying Processing. Eventually it worked, but on a side note we waited what seemed like forever for a staff member to come over when we had this problem. The flashing light about the checkout seemed to not attract any staff attention. Eventually they came over and tried to help. But twice it failed. Eventually it worked though. However, then a man came in and one of the older staff was very rude to him, even though the place was closing, she could of told him this politely, rather than being nasty. I wish I'd of got her name, and then maybe someone could do something about it. Not professional behaviour at all, from staff members.

Wednesday February 28th 2024 All pictures are from this day minus crispy onions. Lorelei 8 Loick 5 Friday, September 1st, 2023 Theres always a motor scooter that's charged & little kids get their own shopping cart... so adorable. Some great deals at Giant, their sales are Friday through thursday. Utilize their gas points. Huge selection of dry, canned, bagged & frozen healthy & gluten-free foods. Great produce selection, almost always stocked well & fresh. Not always the lowest prices around, but you know food will be there when you come to shop.

Big aisles, nice staff, and a great selection of items. From keto to gluten free and vegan... You can find literally anything here! Pricing is also competitive for specialty items. Deli moves fast and the entire store is really technologically advanced and is constantly evolving to include new technologies to make the shopping experinace better. I recommend this location to anyone local looking for a good shopping experience.

I have a complaint about Giant's customer profiling practices for customers who scan their own orders. We've spent over $101K at Giant over the past 23 years and haven't stolen so much as a grape. Yet, somehow we keep getting "helped" at checkout to make sure we haven't forgotten to scan something. Now and then is OK but this is harassment. It's not enough that we weigh our own produce, print our own labels, pack our own bags, scan all the products, and then check ourselves out, but when all the work is done, to have a person who was standing around doing apparently nothing, tell us she needs to "help" us at check out by randomly scanning a few items, just to be sure we're not stealing, then I have a problem. I complain and this helper immediately gets snarky. I ask for a manager and no one is available. I ask at the service desk for the managers name and they know he's unavailable but they can't recall his name. Wow. I try to call corporate in Carlisle and they are unreachable, 20 minutes on hold, no email address, untouchables. I actually got more help from the neighboring Giant. Giant used to be a good store, but this is why more and more of my business is...

Giant used to be my go to grocery store. Now its average at best. After they stopped being open 24 hours things started to decline in almost every aspect. The 24 hour Giant always had everything I went for and more. Now whenever I go I know I'll be leaving without at least 3-5 things on my shopping list. They're always out of stuff. There selection leaves much to be desired. The store is also much dirtier now as compared to when it was a 24 hour store. Now you would think it would be cleaner since it's no longer open around the clock&they are now mean the cleaning crew no longer has to work in the wee hours and it can be properly cleaned while no customers or employees are there getting in the way but that's obviously not what's happening because the store is way dirtier now.fThe only thing I still is the employees. If it weren't for them I'd have stopped shopping there a long long long time ago.Id be amazed if in a years time this store is still Giant and still open to the public.Lastly I wanted to clarify who I was talking...

Since moving to the area a little over two years ago, this has been my main grocery store. Overall store is usually very clean, not too crowded and has good selection. In my opinion, has fair prices most of the time and the gas rewards are usually pretty easy to earn without buying an abundance of things would not standardly buy anyways.

I will say like many stores in the area, lately at certain times of the week lots of shelves are bare and missing items I'd like. My biggest complaint of late would be the deli department. No matter if there are ten people waiting or one, it takes forever to be assisted here. On 11/14/21, there were five people working the counter but it still took them 20 minutes to cut 3 items and get one customer done. I am a patient person but it is quite frustrating when I often times am now deciding to skip the deli just because I know they'll...
