Ross Dress for Less — Local services in Upper Providence Township

One of my favorite Ross store in Philadelphia suburbs. They always have good stuffs as compared to any other Ross stores in this area. I have noticed they add new stuffs every week but all things moves really fast. If you liked anything just take it or else next day if you come you won't find it. If you dont find anything interesting here that must be just a bad day for you but dont give up. They have good collections of all branded items. Whether its a clothing, shoes, kitchen items, toys ,kids clothing, books, even I love infant items. Jewelry, watches, perfumes, sunglasses, home decor...I can happily spend my half day at this store.. I love purchasing even branded handbags here which are reasonably priced as compared to regular price in other stores. You can even check out cosmetics, hair care & skin care products all are reasonably priced, they have almost all the famous brands products .Yes I would highly recommend to visit this store Try to visit this store frequently to find great stuffs of your choice at reasonable price. Staffs are very nice & helpful. Store has even customer friendly return policy too.They are maintaining register at entrance to make sure social distancing during this pandemic. I was behind Heather Lawson (the lady with the baby clothes) and her attitude and the way she treated the cashier was appalling. I have never had any issues with any of the women that work at the upper providence store, except for the woman that works the dressing room, and I can attest that the cashier did everything she could for Heather despite unreasonable requests like not wrinkling clothes but also not putting them in separate bags. This store has always been accommodating to my needs when I have a special request, I originally wrote Heather's response off as someone having a bad day but I can now see she is just an old woman is desperate need for social interaction to point where she needs to make a retail worker feel belittled and worthless. Heather you should not only be ashamed of the way to acted today but if you truly dont see a problem with what you have done you need to seek...

I spent an hour filling my cart with clothing, only to find out that there was one dressing room with a line of 4-5 people deep. Each with a cart full of 10 plus items to be tried on. I was told due to staffing shortage a second dressing room could not be opened. Being I did not have time to wait God knows how long, I left behind a cart full of clothing with great disappointment. I am sure I am not the only one who did so. I just wanted to forewarn future customers to be prepared to have a lengthy wait to try on clothes & therefore they might want to go elsewhere. Going forward I will stick with shopping at Marshals, TJ Max, and Kohls where there is no shortage of dressing...
