Starbucks — Restaurant in Limerick Township

2018 version: I might be being harsh, but I frequent many Starbucks locations and have high expectations (which most locations usually meet). This location frequently has a 5+ car line at the drive through. The service inside the store is slow too. I prefer to order ahead with the app about 10 minutes ahead of time to avoid having to wait. However, several times after placing a mobile order I'll come in to pick it up only to discover the employees haven't picked the ticket yet, so I end up having to wait anyway. Also, the entrance and exit to this location is circuitous and limited. Not very convenient.

2022 update! The drive through is definitely manageable, so adding a star for improvement there. Staff is friendly and engaging and upbeat so another start for that. I do frequent this Starbucks and am generally happy so thanks for keeping this a solid...

I ordered my latte and received almond milk instead of oat milk and on top of that it tastes like watered down, old coffee. I also ordered a tomato mozzarella sandwich and there’s hardly anything in the sandwich. The first four bites were all bread. I don’t live in the area so I was on the road before I noticed any of these things and frankly didn’t have any time to go back and complain either. the woman who was working at the window was extremely pleasant perhaps just a bad day or an unlucky order but it’s always super disappointing when you’re excited to treat yourself to something and not only one of the things but all of the things you purchased are...

So I have been going to this Starbucks for 2 years and in the last year it has been complete trash. They are always polite and they are a busy bunch but still manage to be timely.

With that said , out of 130 orders they have gotten 2 right . You will never get veranda as they don't make it . I have routinely seen them just put pike in. If you call them out on it they make a "blond" Americano which is just watered down espresso. It's sad because this used to be the one to go to.
