Raijin Ramen — Restaurant in Lincoln

1st timer. Place opened in August 2025. Long time foodie gourmet of food, wine, coffee & chocolate. Really good food. I tried Gyoza; Shimp/Veggie Tempura and Chicken Curry Bowl. Will try 3 more different items next time. If Raijin Ramen can hold the high levels of Service, Food, atmosphere and keep up the small little extra offerings, ( ice cream; pickled appetizer; 10% off)...they will be around for quite a stay! Success in restaurants relies on consistency; management and high standards! I highly recommend...

Had breakfast at Raijin Ramen in Lincoln and the food was amazing. The broth was rich and full of flavor, and everything we ordered tasted fresh and delicious.

What really stood out was the customer service — they actually served us before they were even open, and still treated us like VIPs. Super friendly, super welcoming, and great with kids.

It’s definitely a kid-friendly spot and a place that truly goes above and beyond for their customers. Highly recommend...

I’m so happy to have somewhere this delicious and authentic close to home, everything on the menu I’ve had has been so good! My wife and I love coming here, Henry has been our waiter every time and he is so nice and very polite. The food always hits the spot, noodles cooked to perfection, very consistent quality.
