Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Lincoln

Food was amazing, customer service terrible. It was free chicken sandwich time, 5-7, Thursday. We order 5 chicken sandwiches, this is my favorite restaurant by the way.!we strictly day no pickle because pickles are probably my families least favorite thing. The lady taking our order never repeats if it with pickle or without. We get half way home, and I live 20-30 minutes away. I open my sandwich bag to eat my sandwich and there’s pickles on it. By this time if I go 10 more minutes my fries are going to be cold. But we call in and they offer to give us a refund on it and we’ll get 5 sandwich’s, actually plain. We walk in and the lady walks up pretty rude, rolls her eyes and walks to us because we’re not at the cash register but we’re to the side. We ask for our stuff and just nicely say “Hey we kind of have cold fries because you guys messed up, could we maybe have some more fries.” She shoots it down right away, and I’m like “okay what ever.” We see her walk to the back and we can faintly hear her talking bad about my brother and I. The lady who took our order and the person she’s talking too both look over every once and a while laugh and sneer. The dirtiest restaurant I’ve ever seen. !! They have so many people looking in your bag, putting hands in it shuffling it around and the touching screen, window, money, cash registers and phones and then in other bags.

I counted 11 people in my bag as I waited and not one washing hands. One just came in the door from who knows where and that was the worst.

Where were you and what are you doing now touching my food. Wash and assign people to things so all the kids you have there are not infesting is with who knows what.

I asked for the manager and as the rude lady was fumbling all through my bag asking what’s wrong I figured out where they were learning that cleanliness is not a part of Chick-fil-A, when I explained my frustration she said I was being rude. What! I said I would take refund if she would rather not give me new untouched food by 11 people and that I have a special needs high risk child, she gave me the bag and said that’s my problem😡

When Chick-fil-A first opened in Lincoln my kids and I were really excited to have a new chicken restaurant option. Everything was delicious, especially the waffle fries. The last several times we've gone however it's not as good. We went there not too long ago and I ordered a large fry. I attached a picture of what came in my large fry. They were literally only half full and they had no flavor. They haven't had the same flavor the last few times we have gone. I don't know if this is a Chick-fil-A "thing" or just the one we go to but they have employees standing outside to take your order instead of placing it like you normally would at a drive thru. It's SOOO awkward!! My teenage daughter had to stop at the parking lot nearby and switch spots with me, she refuses to drive thru there. I'm not a fan of that. The chicken nuggets, however are delicious every time. I don't know what's in the breading, it's almost sweet. They are amazing though. Overall it's an OK option for a chicken place.
