Two stars since some of their clothing lines are pretty decent.

This place seems to have a nonstop turnover of staff and managers. The current manager is a taller graying gentleman.

I went in for jeans a couple of t-shirts and possibly a button down. The staff approaches me quickly and ask what I'm looking for. Quickly the manager approaches and selects a button down I wouldn't let my dog use for a bed. I decline to try it on and move to the jeans. He is quick about finding my size and the style I requested, on my way to the dressing room I grab a couple t-shirts as well.

While trying everything on he keeps putting pants/button downs/pull overs on the door. I repeatedly tell him "I dont need pants", "I'm sorry the button downs are not what I'm looking for", "I dont need a pullover". At this point I'm over it, I grab a pair of jeans and head to checkout. He says "come look at this" and puts a suit jacket on me. I dont need a suit, "I haven't sold you a suit in a while", well I just met you, you dont know my name so yeah I guess you are correct, "I'm losing weight so anything I buy now wont fit in a couple of months so I really dont need a suit", "just let me know and I'll measure you up, why not today and you can call and let me know"... Yeah this guy doesn't get it.

Fast forward to Christmas and my mom gets me a shirt from there. She tells me she found a nice button down but some taller graying guy talked her into the one she got me. It's...

I visited this store because a co-worker recommended this place for pants. I was immediately greeted by a friendly employee when I entered. I stated that I was looking for cargo pants, and he gave me the bad news that the store no longer keeps them in stock. He had no idea they would in the future either. He mentioned that he could order them. That's too bad. After looking at a few other pants, I ended up leaving to buy pants somewhere else because they didn't have my size in stock. What they had in stock seemed like it was good quality though.

If you shop at this store, be prepared for the possibility that they won't have what you want in stock because they carry so many sizes that, and as the employee said to me, the store would have to be 10x bigger to carry every size variation they sell. If you are ok waiting about 5 days to get what you want in stock, this might be the store for you. However, I can also order something from Amazon and get it in 5 days too. I take the time to drive to a local store so I can go home with what I want...

I typically leave with a good selection of items. The prices are higher than normal size clothes but I'm not a normal-sized person so 🤷. Anyways the staff I encounter make my experience personalized. I don't have to hold on to clothes they take my clothes to the register for me which is convenient. The sizing they perform does not make you feel shamed for your size. They don't walk away until you feel satisfied with your current and overall selection of clothing. On top of that, the men there are plus-sized as well so it's comforting and the women I have encountered do not push off discrimination due to them being smaller. The environment is comfortable. Oh yeah, I almost forgot they have a secret room of all sizes that are on sale depending on the color of the sticker on the tag.
