Very disappointed. I called in to get a Party Box for my work, was told they weren't taking online orders at this time and I couldn't put an order in over the phone then told "I guess you stand in line" when I asked if there was another way to put an order in. Rude! Went in early this morning to get cookies, there were a couple of people before me and thought "great, not going to take long" I had to get to work, however I was wrong. When I got up to the counter, I was ignored, wasn't even acknowledge even being there, NOTHING said to me. I turned to the lady behind me and said, do you think they know we're standing right here? After waiting a few more minutes, even for a sorry, I'll be right with you, still nothing. I spoke up and asked if anyone could help me place an order so I could get to work. One of the girls said, oh when he's done filling that order. All I could think was, wow! I'm standing right here! I was told yesterday I couldn't put an order in and I'm waiting for them to fill online order? Finally she went to help him and he came over to the counter and just glared at me with no thank you for waiting, no sorry just a glared. In turn I said "Good Morning" real loud. And finally after getting my box of cookies and asked if I could get my receipt was told I couldn't because the machine was broken. Thank you to the girl that was there and heard, she had to tell him it was working. Dear Crumble Cookies, you really shouldn't have that man working your counter, he's rude and doesn't know anything about customer service. In my 20 minute wait, I listened to him yell and talk very badly to every single one of his employees and multiple customers. Iāve worked customer service for 15 years and would never dream of treating my customers like that. And to speak to your employees in front of your customers like that was astonishing!!! If I wouldnāt have already paid for my order, I would have walked out. I did ask his name when he handed me my order and verified he was the manager. Most of the employees seemed to be young high school or early college age kids. Look at what youāre doing to our future workforce by treating them like that at probably one of their first jobs. Last night I ordered for pickup in store, it said that all cookies were in stock. I paid online, and picked the time to pickup that worked for me, but when I went to pick it up, all the cookies I ordered had been sold out. I assumed that I could still pickup my order since I had ordered the night before and I thought that the cookies would have been set aside for order pickups. I was wrong, the cookies were all sold out and they automatically gave me a refund and I had no option of moving the pickup date or even switching out some of the cookies.
I understand that they are very busy but there was other ways to resolve this problem. Do better...
