My boyfriend and I came through the driveway through couple weeks ago and he ordered the hot dog meal and the person taking the order asked twice if it was a meal and if we wanted onions on the hot dog with the ketchup and mustard. My boyfriend said yes three times and each time he said it angrily and when we got home and got the food out my meal was not in the bag so my boyfriend went back and told the people working my meal wasn’t in the bag and the employees working were not polite and had the attitude they didn’t want to be there. First time trying Freddy's and trying Door dash pickup tonight for the family and it was done pretty quickly. They were helpful even after getting home to find out they threw the fry sauce in the bag, which opened up everywhere (including on my picky kids combo meal who doesn't eat fry sauce). I called, they had remade the order plus were kind enough to give us custards and custard cookies. That is way above and beyond for them, I even offered to pay for the custard's but the manager insisted on me not paying. The person who took our order and gave us our drinks was polite, sweet even. The person who handed us our order was in a huge hurry, acted like we were bothering her by asking for sauces. Got to our hotel, literally 1minute up the road. Opened our burger boxes and my burger looked like it was dropped and tossed back into the box. Husbands burger wasn’t quite as bad but didn’t look the best. Food tasted good. It’s Freddie’s, so it’s usually good. I’ve eaten at this location during the day with no issues.
