Hampton Inn by Hilton Lincoln Downtown — Hotel in Lincoln

This was, by far, the nicest Hampton Inn I’ve ever stayed in. Your very first experience as soon as you walk in, you’re slapped with this scent that smelled AWESOME! I spent the first couple of minutes when I walked in looking around trying to figure out what the scent was and where it was coming from. Whoever on the guest experience team that came up with that idea, that was a great move. The young ladies at the front desk was super nice & super helpful. The room was REALLY nice, very spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good…really enjoyed the selection of hot items (oatmeal, eggs, sausage, potatoes, pancakes/waffles) in addition to the cold items as well as the grab & go options. The staff working in the food area was very nice also.

Overall, I had a great overnight stay here. The young man at the front desk was very nice, professional, and genuinely helpful. It is important to note that the hotel does not yet have an arrangement for overnight parking of big vehicles or trucks and trailers, but with the help of the concierge we were able to figure something out for the night. Best location to stay at. Great staff. Great rooms outstanding service. I am 53 years old and a disabled person. A lot of people at hotels tend to make fun of me because a have a prosthetic arm and hand. I also have trouble hearing. The front desk person was very helpful and friendly ....
