Snowfish Sushi — Restaurant in Lincoln

Snowfish Sushi is hands down the best sushi spot in Lincoln! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a great mountain-town vibe. The sushi was incredibly fresh, and you can really tell they put a lot of care into every roll. We tried the poke bowls, potstickers, and drunken rice—everything was absolutely delicious!

The service was friendly and attentive, and the cocktails from the bar were a great addition to the meal. It’s rare to find high-quality sushi in a ski town, but Snowfish completely exceeded our expectations. As to the previous reveiw from Lydia Bray. It’s very sad to see there are still incompetent people that don’t understand the fact that restaurant’s have last call for seating & last call for food. I also know this restaurant does not take reservations as they are a first come first serve establishment. This place has great food and amazing customer service as I have dinned here 4 times and had multiple takeout orders from them. Hopefully Lydia will see this and learn to plan ahead for a dinning experience instead of playing the victim card of inadequate planning and...

The sushi is always incredibly fresh and of the highest quality – it’s clear that the chefs put a lot of care into their craft.
