Subway — Restaurant in Lincoln

Sunday afternoon, stopped in to get 2 of the $5.99 footlongs. THEY were amazing but the server was absolutely THE WORST! No hello, no thank you, no thank you for coming, and the horrible young girl quite obviously was angry she had to work Sundays, and she flat out kept refusing to give us extra banana peppers, refused to put jalapeños on our subs, was refusing everything we asked, then she finally put like 2 jalapeños on each sub and 2 little pieces of onion!!!!

When she checked us out at the register, she looked at the receipt afterwards to see if I gave her a tip, WHICH I CERTAINLY DID NOT!!! She looked at us with disgust and walked away, ACTING LIKE SHE WAS THE GREATEST SERVER IN THE WORLD AND HOW DARE WE NOT TIP HER?!?

If I was the manager, I would fire whoever that young girl was working 9/28 at the Subway inside Walmart on 27th St!!!!!

Horrible attitude, disgusting behavior, ABSOLUTELY ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!!!!!

Reading all the other reviews regarding this horrible young lady and another lady who works here -- I can only assume that they are related and one is the manager and she is refusing to acknowledge or retrain the disgraceful young lady or fire her --- THE MANAGERS DAUGHTER PERHAPS⁉️

Did online order multiple sandwiches. I show up five minutes after the app shows its done. I show up hearing the sandwich maker complaining about making these sandwiches for this online order. Come to find out he is just starting second sandwich, but stops to do another customer's sandwich. There was no line just one person and chooses to stop my sandwich to make one for someone else. After making second doesn't even start third and final sandwich, but instead helps another customer that walks in then another walks in and gets helped. Finally starts last sandwich twenty-five minutes after I was to pick them up. Sandwiches were all placed with wrong recipes attached to bag. Finally half an hour after my pick up time sandwiches are all done after first two got cold. People in back, but no one wants to help him and properly shouldn't wasn't even...

I love subway the girl who took my order made sure my price was right for what I wanted an I asked her for it heated am she accidentally toasted it was little burnt but she made me a new one.. her service was polite.. I was very excited that she did alot of selective sales an was amazing that girl needs a raise she even helped me by supporting me on what specials were right.. I liked her I will be coming bk again I had an amazing experience..an she was very energized an she was one to make u feel like u were in the right place.. thank u she had glasses an blond hair very amazing.. thank u for my great spectacular...
