The food is outstanding....I am not sure how to pronounce everything I ate. Not knowing anything about Afghanistan food I walked up to the food truck in the Walmart parking lot and said feed me everything I can eat anything.....and boy did mama fix me up......I know I had 7 or 8 different dishes.....The food just kept comming....it was all great....and the baklava was the best I have ever eaten will eat here every time I am in town......and the cost was to cheap I told her to charge me more she would not hear of it.....and then fixed me a great cup of hot tea free. If I could give this 10 stars, I would. The best food truck in all of Lincoln. I travel a lot, it's not a stretch for me to say it is one of the best food trucks in the county. But it's not just the food, it's the friendly service that makes you feel right at home. I'm vegetarian so the first time I went, Laila recommended something for me. The best part, she not only remembers me, but she also remembers that I'm vegetarian and of course remembers my order. I always order the Bolani (sp?) the side red and green sauce is...

The best food by the coolest lady! She makes me feel like part of her family anytime I have gone to get her delicious food. I always try something new, but anything she makes is very delicious. Tonight we let her create our plate. The portions are huge and I will easily get another meal (or two) out of this!
