Let me preface this by saying that the staff tonight are at no fault for any of this, but tonight was almost sad to watch because we felt so terrible for the staff who WERE working. We waited 10 minutes to be seated, and 35 minutes for someone to even take a drink order. We thought about leaving numerous times, but didn’t want to be rude to our waitress, who was very obviously running around the entire restaurant performing quadruple what should have been her work load. The staff did apologize profusely for the wait, as they are short-staffed (as if that’s their fault), and the only two servers apparently working tonight were forced to deal with complaint after complaint from patrons already seated or waiting to be seated for the wait. The service we did receive, although infrequent because of the excessive number of tasks they were laden with, was extremely pleasant, helpful, courteous, and professional. Our server’s name was Brittany, and she did an outstanding job of maintaining friendliness and a positive demeanor despite being ripped in every direction. The gentleman working the grill was also very kind despite clearly working well over what should have been asked of him. The food took no blow to its quality, being fresh and plentiful in variety as always. Masks were being kindly but consistently enforced, surfaces were being thoroughly sanitized, and other Covid protocol was followed perfectly as far as I could tell. This is being written exclusively to bring attention to the conditions in which staff were working under this evening. We tipped both the gentleman on the grill and our waitress as well as is reasonably in our means, but it is unfortunate to know that their compensation tonight may not reflect their grit and work ethic in conditions they should never have to endure. I hope to see staffing improve, and I hope managers take note of your excellent employees working tonight. And if you are a former, current, or future patron reading this: be kind to the employees who did show up...
Read moreI normally have a decent experience there. However this time they took forever on the grill and then I gave the waitress my card early because we had an appointment afterwards that we were getting tight on and it took forever with no explanation. I finally get tired of waiting and the girl tells me that she’s charged me for someone else’s meal and then tells me I will get it back in 3-5 business days. Ok accidents happen... here’s where it gets odd. I’m charged a total of 4 times when I go look at my bank account. All different amounts. None of this was told to me and no one offered to try to make this right. I’m still waiting on a manager to contact me about this. Pretty disappointed. I’m noticing that no one is focused on good customer service anymore and it’s...
Read moreWe visited this location today where we were rudely greeted by the manager requiring us to put on a mask after one of the wait staff told us we could just get our food to go. He made my pregnant wife and myself stand outside in the heat while we waited for him to bring out our meal. The irony is that the place was packed with people not wearing masks all within two feet of us. Also, the manager, Kaine, was wearing the mask incorrectly as well. Quite the irony. I would not recommend this establishment. Terrible service and customer treatment by the manager. Why not sit us down at a table since if you were at a table you didn’t have to have a mask on? But nope, make my 40 week pregnant wife and myself stand outside in the heat while he took...
