Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Litchfield

I very rarely leave reviews and really dislike to leave poor reviews. There is enough negativity in this world.. I am leaving a review in hopes that management can pull this place together.

The food was "ok" But OMG! What a hot mess the inside of the restaurant was! Every table was dirty, the garbage was over flowing, the floors were greasy n slippery. The womens bathroom had a 1/4 of the toilet seat broken off. The gas station attached was closed down so black plastic that was falling down was over the gated openings between the 2. After we ordered we saw customers walk in and take a look and turn around n walk out. We only wished we had been that observant.

There was plenty of staff walking around in circles like it was their first day on the job so I'm not clear why 1 of them wasn't on janitorial duty today. This was my 1st time a a jack in the box. Not impressed! We waited a loooong time for our food, but I will say ... it was better than I expected after witnessing the hot mess of this establishment. Initially we though the chubby employee was eating French fries but convinced ourselves it was gum ... still not appropriate. After we received our food and getting ready to turn to the exit the same chubby employee gave a large hoot 'n hollar. My husband wanted to demand our money back after 15 min of waiting ... but I'm not that mean and he is not...

Stop in on a road trip with my grandson. Ordered a kids' meal and a combo for myself, plus a couple of tacos. The lady that took my order seemed friendly and said hello to my grandson. However, problems happen when a different lady ( blonde hair ponytail) gives our food to a different family. They came up after picking thur it and told them it was not the right food. The woman with a ponytail looked in the bags and then asked me if I had a kids meal. As I answered her, she started to hand me the bags. Then I had to say I didn't want that food, She seemed a little upset that I said that and said, "Oh no, I wasn't gonna give you this food. Again, as our arm was in the gesture of starting to bring up the bag to me. They supposedly remade the food i'm not a hundred percent sure. The tacos were cold, and so was my sandwich. At least his kids' mail was warm.

As there's no Jack in the Box anywhere close to where I live? On road trips, I look forward to stopping in at a Jack in the box to relive childhood memories or of eating some unhealthy tacos. Unfortunately it came no where close in service and...

Wow. All I have. Went tonight had planned on getting 6 meals. There was a huge error on the sign with a price. My husband asked for verifi action the girl snapped off very rude and said the sign is right I checked it today. She had a horrid attitude through the intercom. Get to the window pay even more rude and no receipt. We ordered 2 tacos and a chicken sandwich. It's taking for ever. She's running around with her head cut off, yelling at employees. Employees drinking milkshakes by where they make customers food. A kid comes to the window of we have a bus in here it's going to be a few minutes for a chicken sandwich. Nope we want a refund. Girl comes back to the window with an attitude gives refund I ask her name she's the "store manager", shocker there and I let her know how she was acting. She leans out the window screaming don't come back to my store. Dont worry we wont be back :-D Pretty sure you don't own it. Pretty positive you Miss Karrick will be getting turned into corporate along with pictures and video. I wish this store could keep a management team. Always new faces....
