First and foremost, our waitress was amazing. Perfectly attentitive, kind, and on top of it! No complaints at all about the waitress.
The food was inedible. The sodas were somehow hot, with melted bits of ice floating at the top, served in the most beat up plastic mugs I’ve ever seen. My husband ordered the “ultimate chicken sandwich” which came out on two slices of white bread (not the bun it was supposed to) and bright pink (raw looking) bacon. I ordered chicken strips and fries and the only word I could use to describe the food is “cremated”. I picked through the French fries, which was still a challenge, and threw away the rest. Burnt bits of “bottom of the fryer” mystery items were sprinkled throughout my plate. The spinach artichoke dip was horrific, along with the greasy sheets of paper (“chips”) they were served with… it was all very clearly microwaved then thrown onto a plate. My toddler didn’t even touch his food (cold noodles with warm sauce thrown into a hot plate), which was a good call, because within 30 minutes of leaving the restaurant my husband and I both were doubled over, sick, and in pain. I can’t express how gross the food was. KFC, Arbys… even the Jack in the Box would have made a better option. It was a sunday evening and every other restaurant was busy- we now know why Ruby Tuesday wasn’t. We definately will not...
Read moreHate to even do this as I'm not even the type of person to write bad reviews let alone any reviews at all, but feel it's necessary. Our order was fresh and the quality of the food itself was good. No complaints there, however, we each paid for an order of wings costing 16 dollars per order. The wings were tiny and a little cold. What upsets me most is that for 16 bucks, you'd think you'd get more than 6 per order especially considering the size. About 3 bucks per wings and they're cold/tiny. Wasn't sure what to expect because it was out first time, but the price just seems a little outrageous for what you get. Furthermore, our fries were missing and after going in to retrieve them, the cook was asked 4 separate times to get our fries made up. I wasn't rushing anybody and didn't ask more than once, but seeing the servers reminding them over and over was a little annoying. Wish we didn't tip 20% before insuring our order was all correct and there. A typical order of wings from anywhere is roughly a pound (8-12 wings?) So do the math. What should be a normal order if wings, shouldn't cost 32 dollars. I dont care how good they are....
Read moreI have been there 4 times in the past couple of weeks. All but 1 was a great experience. The food has been consistently good. The service very good. Best wings I have had in years! The Chicken Mac in cheese amazing. And the Honey Chicken sandwich so good! The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star was because on my 3 rd visit I quietly let our server know that the Spinach was bad on the salad bar. It was Slimy and rotted. She was very nice and said she would take care of it. She let a gentleman know who worked there. He came to me and loudly proclaimed that the Spinach was not rotted. That it naturally turned brown when Left out. Everyone around us look over. I said oh, I think it looks rotted to me. He begins to loudly argue. I said oh my you are wanting an argument with me? He continued to loudly defend the Spinach. I literally had to stop responding in order for him to go away and stop.
We were happy he wasn't out server. I doubt what was really going on with him was about the Spinach. Maybe something not good was going on in his life. If so praying that he is in a better place today. Besides that all other experiences...
