Burger King — Restaurant in Litchfield

I like Burger King, but I have to say that with low wage workers and the nature of the industry, the quality of the food and cleanliness of the restaurant are often lacking. However, this particular facility is immaculate by comparison to others. It felt cleaner and brighter, and I actually think that the food was better too in terms of... well, you know what it's like when you get a chicken sandwich and the lettuce is barely green and even a little brown sometimes and the whole sandwich feels like it was just thrown together. I mean, yes, I have come to actually expect and accept that as normal, but this place was genuinely different. The workers were extremely pleasant and accommodating with some significant customizing of the order. They preemptively thought of things like providing my wife with a closed salad container for her chicken sandwich and lettuce bc she ordered it without the bun, and gave her a set of plastic utensils when we only thought of it after we were pulling away and getting ready to eat. If only all Burger King restaurants were like this one, McDonald's and Wendy's would be out...

This Burger King is the worlds most trashiest restraunt. I went to get a whopper from Burger King and mess up the order. I said nothing but cheese on the burger, but still put everything on it. I went to get a soda from the machine and it malfunctioned and broke. They blamed the problem on me and I had to was THEIR dishes for the matter. I also ordered fries and after 3 hours they finally came. They were drenched in ketchup and I was so mad I swore. They kicked me out and my friend had to get the order( 3rd day). This was my 3rd time there and all times they have gotten worse. On the first day the counters were wet and dusty AND STICKY!!!! The second time I found hair and procrastination of a mouse on my burger. The 3rd time I saw 2 rats and one bit me. THANKS FOR RABIES YOU TRASH RESTAURANT!!!! This is my last straw and I have paid $2,654 for this restraunt because of rabies, broken machine, and food expenses. Every Burger King is ruined from my experience, don’t let yours...

Never again will I visit this local bk when Rusty is working. He was rude and my fries were still frozen and cold. There was one car ahead of me and he obviously ruffled her feathers as well. Not one, but two unsatisfied customers in a row. After I waited 10 minutes for the first customer to complain, I finally received my food. Not once did he apologize for the inconvenience or for the wait. He gave me my food and I told him to have a good night. He closed the window and walked away. I called once I arrived home to complain and he hung up on me! I called back again only to be hung up on again. He refused to give me corporates number. Referred me to the manager and assured she would return to work on monday. This employee gets 5 stars...
