Ordered my food at 8:15. Paid cash. Was told to move to a parking spot. Didn't get my food until 8:35, and that was AFTER I had to ask the people working where my order was. Glad I checked it before I left, because they didn't even get the order correct... No hush puppies... Had to go back thru drive thru again to have them get it right, and by the time I got them, food was cold. Look, I've worked fast food. I know you're trying to save clock time for the drive thru... But that was just plain dumb. And after all that aggravation, the only thing said to me was Sorry... Absolutely no incentive to come back. If I could give a no star review, I would. I'll never go back...

My wife and I stopped here recently while traveling (2-20-22) at about 7:30 pm and couldn't get service at the drive thru. So we left and went down the street to get fuel. When we returned, we drove past the window and saw that there were a couple people inside but no one would respond at the drive thru, so we drove around and were going to go inside and order but the 4 guys that were standing by the door looked too threatening and we chose to go elsewhere. Were they employees? Is it usual to abandon their post to go outside and smoke? Or were they just visitors? We chose not to stick around...

This place has gone down so fast, seems like nobody cares. Used to love coming here before everyone left . Went through drive and waited 25 mins for 1 meal that was uh not good nor was it worth the wait. I figured things were being cooked fresh and I was clearly wrong. Also there was only one other customer there, so no reason so that wait. And of course they didn’t give me my receipt, too busy chatting with each over and on their phones in plain view. The new management is awful, they clearly do not care. Trash filled lot and over stuff trash cans....
