Should've went with the reviews!!! Saw review that this location doesn't have management on staff or anyone who knows Policy in the evening hours!!! I order $70+ worth of food & paid delivery fees to boot as I'm disabled. Ordered 2 medium subs & 2 mini...no quality control PRIOR to bagging the food..I got THREE MINI SUBS. I called to have them make a new MD CHEESESTEAK BLT & DELIVER IT! 1st the young girl argues with me I ordered THREE MINIS...I literally read the receipt to her & the black & red print out they put in the bag!!! She argued she was looking at it & it was THREE..Then read it out loud & whatdoyaknow...TWO MEDIUMS & TWO MINIS...She asked if I wanted a new sandwich & I said yes..she said I had to pick it up & I said NO HAVE IT DELIVERED I PAID FOR THAT ALREADY. She said she didn't have a delivery person & I said call door dash & have it delivered! She said she didn't think they could do that so I asked for a manager & NONE were there! I said whose in charge right now..."um no one is in charge"..ARE YOU SERIOUS??? Its was ONLY 720pm, Do managers work half days??? This is dinner time..I'm assuming they are busy at this time?? And managers should be working during peak hours..like dinnertime.... I read the review about this & wouldn't ya know I get hit with this too!! Why is there no one of authority or someone who knows DOOR Dash and delivery procedures there?? AND SIMPLE QUALITY CONTROL BEFORE LETTING THE FOOD LEAVE THE STORE!!! I'm furious that this happened at all let alone NOTHING CAN BE DONE UNTIL THE NEXT DAY!! A managerial person should always be available during business hours!!! Leaving kids to run a business IS BAD BUSINESS!!! My family wanted Jersey Mike's but I couldn't justify their prices...but now 1 member of my family was ripped out of their requested meal, I paid for a Medium sandwich & the prices dictate how much I'm charged from door dash as well!! Next time Jersey Mikes...UPDATE 7/18/25...Get a response from "owner" saying they can't understand this order review. How is it obtuse??? Says a manager is on-site at all times, that I misunderstood...really??? I'm not the only review with this issue...hmmmm..I put the employee's response..”verbatim!..."um no one's in charge", no supervisor on duty said i have to "go to store or call tomorrow." Owner says I have to call door dash because THEY got the order wrong! DOOR DASH DOESN'T MAKE THE FOOD!! Say I needed to call door dash when I placed this on THEIR, CAPROIOTI'S, website and was not rerouted to door dash!!! (Could be behind the scenes but i was literally on their website for the entire order). Plus the employee had NO KNOWLEDGE OF PROCEDURES FOR CAPRIOTTI'S or DOOR DASH'S DELIVERY.. She said I'd have to come into the store or call the store AND SPEAK TO A MANAGER! So if the "owner" says a manager was there the employee was lying or the owner is. Says the employee was intimidated by my tone...really.. can my voice be that powerful because she was dishing it out pretty well? She had no problem yelling at me and saying what I was reading, off the receipt, was wrong!!! She told me over and over until she read the receipt outloud herself!! I'll call door dash tomorrow and then the store and then the corporate office. This location has already gone through one...

I was unfamiliar with Capriotti's until my husband introduced me to the Bobbie from a Capriotti's location on a trip to visit friends in Las Vegas. If you've never had a Bobbie, let me tell you: it's like if the God of Thanksgiving gifted you an angel baby Jesus and wrapped Him lovingly in a delicious, soft sandwich bread that you could eat. You can even get a massive Jesus sandwich and eat it over several days, and it makes such good leftovers. (I'm sure I've offended someone but just trust me, blasphemy is just literally the only way to convey how good this is.) My dog even drools when I eat it, because she wants to eat whatever I happen to drop on the floor. (I asked my husband about attaching the photo of the drool trail, bc I thought it was cute and funny and relevant bc the dog agrees the sandwich is so delicious but he said no that's a little gross? I disagree but whatever)

In fact, it's so good that when he goes to do work anywhere relatively near here, he always stops to get me a Large Hot Bobbie. But then, yesterday, they were out of cranberry sauce and I was SO sad. But apparently someone (the owner?) heard him on the phone calling me, and went out of their way to make sure I got my sandwich.

This meant so much. We live in Denton, travel to their location, just for this amazing, delicious sandwich shop. My husband also tells me (I've never actually been inside, as they're so far away, and I work in on the other side of Dallas past Arlington, and we live so far North) that the atmosphere is very inviting, and the service is ALWAYS excellent, and the owners are just amazing. 12/10. Thanks SO much for my Bobbie, y'all! It's SO good!

Edit to add: Talked to my husband and he confirmed that it was the owner who overheard him calling to ask me what I wanted instead of the Bobbie, due to there being no cranberry sauce. The owner didn't send an employee to get cranberry sauce, but went to the store to get some. Just so I could have my treasured sandwich.

While I don't think this is a reasonable expectation to have of service all of the time (and honestly I hesitate to add to the review bc I think it's almost weird to make it like... "Oh well you did it for this one chick this one time right?" - let me tell you THIS chick authoring this review would never expect this EVER even one more time! Don't you dare, random future customer, use my words against any future service worker to badger them into unreasonable expectations for sauces or condiments!) I mention it bc I thought it was so kind and such an excellent bit of customer service.

Also it was very sweet of my husband to sit and wait for half an...

Stopped with family members around 3:30pm for a late lunch on Saturday. Upon entering, no greeting. The staff seemed busy, presumably preparing takeout orders, as there were only 2 other patrons in the very small dining area. My niece and I looked around for a table, only to find there was not one clean table in the place. We got some napkins and did our best to swipe off the last customers' remaining crumbs from one of the tables. So much for COVID cleaning.

Again, they DID seem busy, so it's not like they were just lazing around not doing their job. They're probably just short staffed, like most places, due to the current "labor shortage". Still, it wouldve been nice if one of them could've come clean the tables every so often. We were there eating and hanging for a little over an hour and no tables were touched by staff.

As it was my first visit to any Capriotti's, I went with my brother's suggestion to try the Bobbi. It's like Thanksgiving on a bun without the pie for dessert. I got mine prepared warm and it was delicious. I ate every morsel. The stuffing seems to be of the Stove Top variety. So if you don't like Stove Top, you probably won't like this, though I certainly did.

The soft drink station is limited, offering Pepsi products (yuck). Only diet option was Diet Pepsi. They could have offered Diet Dr Pepper and at least that'd be a bonus. Regular, not nugget (Sonic) ice.

Would probably not return except only if...

I’m always looking for sandwich options that are ā€œanything but Subway,ā€ and Capriotti’s is about as far from Subway as you can get! I went there for a late lunch on a day I was setting up for a show in Flower Mound. A friend had told me about their sandwich called the Bobbie, which is basically a Thanksgiving dinner on a bun. It did not disappoint. Fresh, roasted, turkey, combined with dressing, and just the right amount of cranberry sauce was delivered warm on a toasted bun. When I was ordering, a man who turned out to be the owner of the Dallas area franchises chatted with me and told me a lot about the history of the restaurant and the quality ingredients they use. I also enjoyed the vanilla agave soda that was on their fountain next to more conventional options. Can’t wait to go back another time to try their other sandwiches like the Philly cheesesteak and classic Italian. Give it a try! It costs a bit more, but life is too short to eat Subway!! šŸ˜€

Excellent sandwich shop offering something different in the area. Ordered the Hot Bobby with Naked Fries. The Hot Bobby tasted like all the best day-after Thanksgiving sandwiches and it was LOADED. I honestly cant recall a more packed sandwich. The pulled turkey and dressing were both great. Pythons might have a problem taking a bite of that thing. The "small" was more like an entire holiday dinner and for a great price. The fries were somewhere between a fat potato chip or a skinny crispy fry. Either way they were really good and, again, a massive portion. For day 1 opening, everything was running smoothly even with a packed house. I ordered online and everything was ready on-time and in the pickup area which make it easy to get in and out. Great mix of hot and cold sandwich options so I'll definitely be checking it out a few times. They boast the best sandwich in America, after what I just had, it's hard to argue.
