Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Little Elm

Was excited to have it so close but both experiences have been awful! Tonight the corn was crunchy, the white rice was not done it was so hard I had my daughter take it back and get brown, the cilantro was loud and strong the whole bowl tasted like hard, crunchy, onion and peppers. It’s never hot and fresh if you ask me. The first time I went they were out of everything and the girl in the line was so rude. Tonight I didn’t get fajita veggies only meat rice sour cream lite corn and lettuce. So idk WTH happened but they need to go easy on the cilantro and lemon juice. Tonight just did it for me! You can order ahead and when you get a notification in their app that your order is ready, you drive up to a window, they give you your order. That's the theory. But if someone pulls up to the window and just parks, waiting for their order, too bad for you. The people inside won't ask them to park and wait until their order is ready, they'll just let the line build up while your food gets cold. Even though they're close by, don't see doing much business with people who reward people who don't follow the rules and punish people who do...

We visited the first week of opening, so they had some rough spots. Workers working around each other in the assembly line, the cashier still learning the system. The food was very good.
