If you want a GREAT burger, Jake's is the place. This was my first time going a couple coming out recommended the burgers and sweet potato fries, so I got it. And I was NOT disappointed. I was completely shocked at how juicy and flavorful the burger was. Definitely my new favorite burger spot. My companions and I all had a different burger off the menu The Works was my chosen burger and it was PERFECTION. The table was so quiet because everyone was eating, except for my son who had the tenders which needed some salt and moisture honestly. I also had the fried pickles which were fried perfectly and hot. The sweet potato fries which are absolutely delicious as a dessert but I would not pair with a burger. I chose to eat mine without the marshmallow dip. And the honorable mention is their Jake's Saddleburn Pepper Sauce. I did not use it on anything but I did taste some at the table and it was so good I had to ask if there were some for sale. I couldn't leave without it. For the spice lovers who are tired of regular hot sauce, their pepper sauce is worth a try. It's bold and fiery, I never use sauce on steaks but the flavors of their sauce made me want to pair it with a steak. I definitely bought one. *Also, get the cook on the burger as is, I definitely didn't regret it*

The struggle is real with the transition to Jake's from the former End zone. Despite having been open for a bit now, they still don't seem to have it figured out. On a Monday evening food took QUITE awhile to come out and was wrong in multiple ways. Chicken wrap came out with grilled chicken instead of the requested fried chicken and also didn't have any cheese as listed on the menu. Chicken sandwich didn't have extra cheese as requested. The side of fries was missed entirely, despite asking for them. Keep in mind that sides are NOT included. With no karaoke and the restaurant just not being able to get it together AND nickel and diming everything (even a side of sauce costs more) we really don't see any reason to come back despite living less than a mile away. The staff is really nice but that can only be so helpful with so many issues. We were REALLY hoping for better after the change.

Don’t even bother going here it’s not worth it. Horrible food and horrible service. Might as well drive a little further to the one in Frisco Square and get your money’s worth. My bun was burnt as well as the patty. The entire bottom of the patty was hard. My fries were cold and not completely cooked. Waste of money! On top of that it was a to go order I placed over the phone. When I got there I waited 10 maybe 15 min just to even be greeted. When she brought my food back she just sat my bag on the podium and turned and walked away. Highly dissatisfied!!

This restaurant has caused me to rethink where I choose to eat but also my place in the cosmic universe. My family and I tried to have dinner here on a Friday evening. It was not terribly busy. Our waitress acted like she did not want to be there, which how I knew we were all in store for a real treat. We alloted ourselves an hour to eat as my son had a soccer game later that night. The service was very slow so we ended up having to take the food to go...the plot thickens.

When we took our food to the car to eat on the ride (a mark of ANY quality meal!) we realized they shorted us one burger. I called to tell them we were short one. The person who took my call asked me to hold while she checked with the manager to see if they forgot a burger. I assumed this person had super powers as I had not given my name and we paid in cash so she would have had no way of knowing who we were or even how long ago we had been there to eat. But something told me she knew what was what! Just when I was ready to nominate her for employee of the year, someone one up-ed her! I heard the manager, in the background, tell her he had NOT, in fact, forgotten any such item! Now, I was FLOORED. NEITHER person knew my name, where I had sat, who my server was, or what I had even ordered! To be able to tell me that I was, in fact, me(!) who was wrong was some straight up Jedi malarkey!

We are in awe of you, Jake's. Stay defiant, my friends! With dedication, delusion, and just a sprinkle of good luck, you could become...

Pretty disappointed my first time here. Ordered lunch to go on a Friday. Only one other patron in restaurant, I was greeted quickly and placed my order. Server was friendly and answered my questions. I ordered the cowboy burger asked for no onions and sweet potato fries, to go, with a sweet tea. Little shocked that burger, fries, and drink was $22. but not that big of a deal if the food is good. Food was not! What was disappointing was when I arrived home and looked at my food. My burger was smothered in onions, (requested no onions) the beef patties were very thin and over cooked. Fries tasted like they were pulled early, several were just luke warm and not completely cooked. My tea had minimal ice that floated on top of my lukewarm drink. Pretty frustrated with the quality I received for the money I paid. They weren’t busy at all, so not sure why the food prep and quality was lacking. Not sure if I will return. Kinda of a bummer, b/c it looked like a great atmosphere to...
