I visited Leo’s on a spur of the moment thing. We where hungry and where looking for a new place to try. We rode past Leo’s and said “ahh..what the heck. Let’s give it a try.” When we walked in the place was packed..first good sign. Second thing I noticed and loved was the decor. Everything was soo nice, modern and clean. I seen The bus boy bobbing and weaving through traffic, bussing and cleaning tables quick and promptly. Our server (whose name I can’t remember @ the moment) was nice and friendly. She served me delicious, fresh coffee. Now on to the food. Omg! The food. First off, the menu was nice and selective. Not too tooo big, but just right. Definitely giving a great selection to choose from. everything our party ordered looked AMAZING! My son was loving the Mickey Mouse pancakes. He ate every bite. I got pancakes, scrambled eggs, bacon and grits. Aaaaa-mazing. No kidding. Everything was sooooo delicious. Not to mention the FRESH SQUEEZED OJ that was the closest thing to perfect. My mom ordered chicken and waffles with a side of hash brows. Soo good! Literally. I have Not ONE complaint. Everything was cooked perfectly. Tasted even better. Great staff. Beautiful decor. The owner, Leo, stopped over to have a quick chat and we complimented his beautiful establishment. Needless to say, they have gained a couple new “regulars” as we are headed back again today!! This will definitely be our new Sunday breakfast spot!!! Keep up...
Read moreI have had better experiences eating breakfast at Denny’s. We had three people at our table, so three breakfast plates. Two out of the three meals were so undercooked and/or had items missing that I spent the entire meal time asking for corrections to these problems. Over medium eggs that have runny egg white all over, undercooked bacon served to my son, biscuits missing from his biscuits and gravy side, upcharge of $2 for one sliced strawberry on top of my crepes (waiter inconsistent with informing us of upchaeges - said there’d be an upcharge for my son to have fruit instead of hash browns and toast on his plate, but failed to let me know about the strawberries). I had let the owner know about this as he was making rounds to all the tables for feedback. I’m not usually one to call out restaurants over one or two things, but they couldn’t get a simple breakfast right. The owner became defensive and, among other things he said, told me I should know there would be an upcharge (regarding one strawberry on top of my crepes). It was pricey food, over $30 for food I can make at home. I took my dad out since he was leaving town today. It’s not a place I would go back to again, ever. The owner being rude and doing that thing where he spit-talks directly into my eye (true story) clinched it. Won’t go back and won’t recommend to anyone else. I’m sure Prairie House is...
Read moreThis was our 1st time at Leo's Brunch in Little Elm and we loved it! We were promptly acknowledged, seated, asked what we would like to drink and same for our order, which we needed more time since we were also ordering extra to go for later. While it's not too hard to mess up our dishes, I have to note, the Cream Pancakes were amazing! The moment you pulled lever back on the syrup and had a scent of the syrup, you knew it was going to be good, and they did not disappoint! The grits were good too. I requested no cheese. Some places make grits like one big lump with no flavor, these were nice, creamy and flavorful. I could of had a big bowl of just grits. We had their Special: Chicken on a bed of Biscuits with gravy Togo along with their menu listed Chicken Crepes. Sophia was our Server and she was spot on. Great personality. We would ask for again. She had made recommendations when ordering which was nice. She was very attentive. The Owner/Manager also stopped by and made sure everything was fine and asked if we needed. Also made sure of the same as we checked out at the register. Very personable. Our price point may have been a little higher because we ordered 5 meals for 2 people...lol 😂 Go check them out, this will be your new...
