I would give this location a 0 if possible! So, I wait 26 minutes in the drive thru for 1 combo meal. After waiting 26 minutes, I get home thinking I am about to enjoy a simple filet o fish and fries... Boy was wrong, and little did I know how my night was about to turn for the worse! I called this location and spoke with a very rude and maybe even high on drugs manager. Her advise was to bring the food back and they would "remake" it.. Keep in mind, it is 10pm on a Sunday evening. I decided that maybe I should just take the food back and get either my money back or a fresh order... Upon walking into the store, myself and another family were the only people at the front counter. I waited with a McD's bag in my hand and never was acknowledged after 2-3 minutes of standing there. At this point, after making eye contact with the "manager" , I decided to get her attention by asking " are you the one that I just talked with on the phone", she replied yes and walked away. I proceeded to ask if she "was going to remake my food sometime tonight". I guess this pissed her off and she decided to "snap" (that was so funny)! After about 30-60 seconds of us going back in forth arguing, she decided to call the LEPD! Huge waste of their time. After speaking with the police and the family waiting also giving them a statement, I was asked to leave the store at this "managers" request. Keep in mind, I never received my food and the manager also refused to refund my $7.50 back! This is a prime example of unfit people in roles that they are not capable of. This " manager" has turned a $1.25 meal into a major LAWSUIT! Thanks lady, you will soon...

I have recently started working early mornings close to this McDonald's and I wanted to get some breakfast. I have tried 3 times in a week to get food here around 3am. The first time no one was answering the squawk box. I pulled up to the window and was able to order there. When I got and got it to my work not even. 1/2 a mile away it was stone cold. The second time I pulled up to the drive through and no answer at the squawk box, no answer at the payment window or the food pick up window. I parked my car and went inside. I saw the cashier leaned over the counter playing with her cellphone. I asked her if she was too busy playing on her phone to do her damn job. She said the system went down and she was reseting it. I asked why she didn't go to the window and let me know because I knew she heard the same alarms going off that I did informing her that a car had gone through the drive through. She did not have an answer. I decided to give them one more chance today. When I pulled up there was no answer at the squawk box, so I pulled up to the window. I could see 3 workers standing by the registers talking amongst themselves. One saw me, she said something to the other employees and then mouthed to me through the window that they were closed. I then pointed to the sticker on the window that said they are open 24 hours and she again no mouthed that they were closed........
Read moreI went there to get a couple of drinks and nuggets for me and my friends. After we ate the nuggets we continued to sip on our drinks and noticed there was a fly in our drink. My friend sadly threw up her entire dinner after being disgusted by the fly. We called and asked for a refund and spoke to Gabriel. He promised to refund the order as long as we brought the wrappers and the cups back. However, when we got there he refused to open the lobby for us and told us we had to get our refund through the drive through. After that, he said he could only refund the one drink. He said that since we already ate the nuggets he couldn’t refund it. We usually understand that; however he told us on the phone that he would refund it anyway. I then asked for cooperates number and he said okay and handed me another cup saying it was on the side. After that I asked for my refund and was informed that if I call cooperate I wasn’t going to get a refund from him because I was “trying to take advantage of him.” He then said if I wanted my refund I would have to give the number back to him to ensure that I would not call cooperate on him. After that I only got one dollar back. I did not appreciate this experience. It’s against health code to have flies in the drinks. I will be contacting cooperate and the news to ensure the safety...
