Taco Delite — Restaurant in Little Elm

I've been going to this location for over five years. I generally eat pretty healthy. So it's a real treat, to get to eat fast food every once in a while. Every time I go to this location, it's hit or miss! I'm always going to give places a second third fourth chance, but not anymore.I'm done with taco Delite. We all know everything's very expensive.Especially fast food now, for another 2 or $3, you can go to casual restaurant. You can get way better quality food. The food here is really expensive.Almost thirty dollars for 6 small items. The girl in the drive through. I couldn't even put one order in, there was no other customers. She forgot my order even at the drive through window. I repeated it again and reminded her to make sure nothing was forgotten. She forgot my kids bean burrito. The only thing she wanted, so we got home.It wasn't in there.So I had to go to another restaurant and get her something eat! So my food's cold by the time I get home. I asked for extra salsa, they put 5 tiny little half filled ramekins for 6 items. And she was kind of rude. I was going to call and just see if they can put another item for next time or take it off. No number, no way to contact them. What a cool business. Anyways, i'm warning everyone very expensive bland fast food. Nonexistent, customer service and no way to contact management poor business. Normally when I see small taco restaurants I assume they will be authentic and delicious, I got it wrong this time. My beef burrito was ground beef in a burrito shell........that's it. I've made better at home. My daughter had 3 of the most unexciting tacos I've ever seen. PLEASE DON'T ORDER CHIPS AND QUESO! First, there is no queso, just cheese from a can heated up in a microwave. In the words of my daughter, " tastes like some plastic melted in the cheese while it was in the microwave". Nothing flavorful at all. To the people giving this place good reviews, which location are you talking about, it can't be the Little Elm location. As I was eating I kept expecting Candid Camera or a Punk'd crew to pop out and tell me it was all a joke and that I was on tv, unfortunately it was real life....

What a surprise! 2/20, Friday at 7:00pm I ordered a Beef Taco salad and 2 Crispy Tacos. They were the BEST I have ever eaten. I don't know if it was because I was just very hungry or what? But I really think it was because of the Lady making the food. I had never noticed the white shredded cheese mixed with cheddar before and I think this was one of the reasons for the delicious taste as well as the well seasoned beef. All were Packed Full with goodness and I was thrilled with the taste. I tried to call personally to say Thank You, but didn't get an answer. I knew my Granddaughter loves their Bean Burritos when she visits but I will definitely stop by for my own food as well from now on and hope that nice lady is...
