Sip 'N Swirl Homemade Ice Cream — Restaurant in Little Falls

On the bottom of Sip N Swirl's sign, it says "Where You Are Family." That is so true. I have never experienced such great customer service from any other ice cream establishment. Everybody who works here is ridiculously friendly, and they all wear masks : ) I couldn't believe my ears when I was told I could try as many flavors as I'd like. I almost felt like they had my photo on the wall under a list of people who deserve exceptional treatment.

My wife and I call this the Sip & Stinge now. Portion size was never great but after their "revamp" it's gotten out of hand. Got small cups for my kids for around $5 each and each was the size of a golf ball. Egregious. Nearby competition smokes the portion size to price ratio. I can drive up route 23 and get a small that will be the same size as or bigger than a large from the Sip and same price as their golf ball size. Wipe down your tables they are dirty even when there are only two customers in the place. Also, the servers sometimes don't say thank you when they see you leave a tip. Lastly, put actual pistachios in the pistachio ice cream instead of almonds. They all seep to the bottom and I gotta either throw out the nuts or wipe the pistachio ice cream flavor from my mouth with boring almonds. Used to be better before the revamp. Hopefully they make some changes as it is nice to walk to with the kids and the mint chip...

It was a sunny day, I wanted to eat an icecream. This place was new to me, I have never tired before even though I crossed by several times. There were some unique flavours of this store. I tired Nutella icecream. Honestly my experience is just average. That icecream wasnt tasted like Nutella at all. And I feel it was overly priced. They charged me 9$ for that small cup. I wish they could use some biodegradable cup instead of plastic cheaper one, also that icecream isnt perfectly creamy enough, I felt so icy. Service is amazing by the 2 girls, they were welcoming and friendly with great smile. Overall quality of icecream is poor. Need lots of improvement in that. Ambience is good, clean...
