McDonald's — Restaurant in Little Ferry

I’ve been to this McDonald’s multiple times and have never had an issue. Today I come, I ask the man for sauce, he gave me one of each, I asked for one more of each, he said he would have to charge me, when I asked for what? He attempted to snatch the sauces of my hand. I pulled back my hand and he continued to take the sauces out of my hand saying give me them back to the point of making them explode all over my hands, on my car, and all over himself. When asked why would he put his hands on me he had no words when I asked to speak to the general manger he said he was the general manager. (He said his name was Carlos Gallos) When he walked away I waved down one of the lady’s that was watching it unfold told her what happened, turned to him and said in Spanish “she said you got the sauce on her” and him just looking around like nothing happened. He proceeded to smile/chuckle trying to hand me a napkin. Moving the napkin to the side and flicking my hand the sauce had splattered on the lady a little and that is when she started being aggressive saying “I’m holding up the line” “move your car” “that I got it on her” I replied with do you not see my car and hand that he did and you’re freaking out over a splat. She says I’m going to charge you for the sauce” I replied I didn’t even get sauce, she aggressively got the two sauces, hands me them and says to move my car. Very poor customer service, me and my friend when there during our lunch break and they mess up my whole order I didn’t know so I when home when I got home my order was a completely mess after I pay extra for a extra ingredient that they even put in the sandwich, I have to wait for my next beak to come back and get my order fix and they even didn’t fix It right, they give it to me same way without the extra item that I pay for so I when home again and then have my order mess up so I have to drive back again to ask for my money back because I this point I only wanted my money back I ask for my recibe because I was gonna give them a review on how bad are they and they have me wait for 30 min literally and the manager came out only ones then he send someone to take care of me after a long waiting. Last week they did same but I didn’t give them a review because I let it go but please just don’t waste your time on coming by this store the manager have no manner and they are all rude and disrespectful don’t waste you time or money there because they think that your not paying...

Why write a review on a McDonald's you might be asking. Well, the truth is, every store operates different. And this store gets 4⭐'s on most days 🙃 Although the drive-thru is almost always a long line (especially at night), to be fair, I don't recall them ever forgetting an item from my order. So if you have the patience, it's worth the wait. The staff is usually very compliant, often wearing masks and if they make a mistake, managers almost always overcompensate with kindness and courtesy. I will say that recently their prices have gone SKY HIGH comparable to other McDonald's, so that brings the rating down a point combined with the long wait times. My go-to is the Caramel Frappe and tonight I tried the Strawberry Cream Pie and it's really good. I had to warm it up because it wasn't too warm but it was worth it! Try it and thank me later. Sometimes 3, but USUALLY 4⭐'S.
