I tried eating at this restaurant about 5 or 6 times, out of that i only eat there 2 times because the level of customer service they provided. Its never the same person at the window, so i would think someone would give good customer service, they give poor customer service a level (1) one, i just off work and had to stop by the hospital to visit a relative and did not feel like cooking anything after i got home, i thought about my pass experience with this location, but decided to stop by anyway, i will never go back to this restaurant again, due to the level of customer service. I visited this location on October 16th, 2024 between 8:20pm - 8:47pm. i got to the window and told the guy that i did a online survey for a 2 piece, i asked for white meat and he told me that i can't customize my order, i said "so i cant customize my order at this location" they do at other locations. His response was (we are not other locations) that is a unprofessional response to a customer, so i called back after i drove off to ask what his name was, the lady that answered the phone stated that, (i don't know his name, what can i do for you), so i said, "you work there but don't know the name of the guy that is at the window" she hung up the phone, that is worse than his customer service skills. It is sad that people work at places where they have to interact with people, but has poor customer service skills, i would have been fine with that if he would have just said, I am sorry but we cant do that here as these decision on based on locations. I already was tired and ready to go home, I would have just order something anyway, if that location shutdown I would see way, poor customer service. It is BAD, BAD, BAD that i have to give them (1) one star to do this survey and they don't even deserve that.    Read moreI just wanted to take the time to commend one of your cashiers on the front end. I came in to Popeyes around 9pm tonight and had the pleasure of meeting Jakayla R. She was taking customerâs orders and getting them out promptly but it was made known by another worker that Miss R had unfortunately lost a member of her family and I believe she had found this out while she was working her shift. When it came time for my order she had to excuse herself because she couldnât stop crying (totally understandable) but she came back quickly and took my order right away and got my order together once it was done.
The fact that with everything she was going through she was still able to take care of all of the customers including myself took so much and honestly it kind of hit home for meâŠbecause I also used to work at this Popeyes location a long while ago and I had lost my mom around the time of having to go work a shift so I know exactly how she is feeling. I remember that pain and that day clearly; but the only difference was I was able to go home right away. Miss R had to keep from breaking down long enough to get through her line, until she could leave. If I would have had to stay, I donât think I would have been able to keep my composure and remained professional at all.
You all have an awesome employee and I hope that her strength and professionalism will be acknowledged by management. She definitely deserves it. As I told Miss R, I am so sorry for your loss, my sincerest condolences to you and your family at this time.    Read moreI had to laugh all the way home. I went through drive through and kept being interrupted so I knew they were busy. When they finally asked for my order, I stated â I think a 4 piece is easiest, 2 wings â and she interrupted and said a 4 piece with what sides - I said just fries but I want 2 wings and 2 .. â she interrupted again â A 4 piece fries. And the line went down which was the 3rd time.., after a while She returned, I was lost in the order and I I said 2 apple pies , ; she almost yelled âno apple pie â . Not we donât have any at this time, do you want something else., â just yelling- I said something that she needed some communication skills and she yelled at me that she was the manager! WOW WHEN I DROVE AROUND I REALIZED THE MOST IMPORTANT THING TO ME WAS THAT IT WAD HOT AND SPICY. I was lost in the conversation and she never askedâ- SO WHEN SHE TOLD ME TO GO ON TO KFC or wherever but she wasnât going bother with me. I was laughing all the way home because if I had gotten home and it wasnât hot and spicy, I would have thrown it away. Most of the time I go there, they are helpful, ask the appropriate questions and are very friendly and polite.
