Arby's — Restaurant in Little Rock

I walked into the store to pick up my mobile order. I was confronted with a staff who said they didn’t receive the order. After looking at the order and confirmation, they began to make the order. I go the restroom and come out only to be told my a fat manager named Sherman, after wondering why everyone had stopped working and was standing around, that I wouldn’t be getting anything because they didn’t have a ticket. When I called support and they informed him that the order was valid and if he needed to confirm it, he should call his merchant support hotline. He says he called his manager who said he can’t do anything for me and so now they have my money and I can’t get my food. Even with the process being given to him from their own support, he decided that he didn’t want to follow that and in turn, says he only has to do what his manager who he called on his personal phone says. Yet the food is made and on the counter only for him to be a jerk and not give it to me....

I like Arby's food. I particularly like the crinkle cut fries. That is often the deciding factor for where I buy fast food. Tonight's experience was almost unbelievable. It was a simple order: classic beef-n-cheddar, classic roast beef, and a med crinkle cut fry. Both sandwiches were smashed and scantily served with meat. The roast beef came on a bun that had been pulled off of a previously made sandwich. I know that because the top was torn in two. When I removed it to add the condiments, I saw that cheese spread had been scraped off of it, with some remaining. But worse was that the fries were clearly the small leftover pieces which were cold and chewy. It is bad enough to pay $13 for 2 small sandwiches and a fry. But to receive this poor quality is unacceptable. I live near this store. But from now on, I will drive to another location where I can...

The staff of this particular Arby's usually includes some young black men that are truly exceptional... I say that because many times there are a lot of critics of that demographic I have never walked into this particular store and had any young black man be anything other than extremely friendly extremely helpful very polite very gracious, funny and just truly really nice people... I have commented to the manager more than once about this and that I appreciate him doing this for his community and for all of the community... This is not a racial post at all... As this manager helps teach professional skills to all of the employees who are there... I just note that he seems to make sure and make a special effort to defy the stereotypes... And as for myself and the wonderful food that they serve with the excellent service I could...
