I made an appointment and came on time . Lady at the front desk was nice. I already washed my hair and All what I needed was volume at the roots and curls. But once I sat in the chair, I had 3,maybe 4, of hair stylists trying to blow dry and curl my hair in 1.5 hr.😓😤 What I got was barely curls with no volume at all!!!
