Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Little Rock

Black ppl will really ruin anybody place of business in the ground (coming from a black woman). I came into this location roughly around 2pm. There was not a worker in sight. As I waited two cars pulled into the drive thru and slowly but surely about three ppl came out of no where. I was never greeted or acknowledged at the front until I asked if someone was coming to assist me. The young lady proceeded to let me know that the person that took my order over the phone did it for the drive thru and that I wasn’t able to pay at the front register. Which made no sense to me, so I let her know that I’m paying with Apple Pay and she can take my device wherever she needs to. At this point there drive thru was pretty busy and i wasn’t going to inconvenience myself and wait longer all bc she claimed to have rang it up for a drive thru pick up and they couldn’t change it. She took my phone and then some random man start yelling at me from the back with no home training that it was little Caesar’s rule to not take phones but he will let it slide this time. The young lady then says since you arrived later than expected let me check your food and tried to take my pizza to the back. I politely asked her to give me what I paid for. I never requested my food to be redone or reheated especially when I was the one running behind and I wouldn’t trust her to take my food to the back to save my life after the encounter and let’s be clear if she actually cared about my food being cold why would you let me pay for it and then offer that? I never once said anything back to them bc I know how to act and public and how to handle things accordingly but they really made it hard to not want to. Everyone looked super dingy AND NO ONE HAD ON A LITTLE CAESARS SHIRT! I COULDNT IDENTIFY ONE OF THEM AS WORKER BY THEIR ATTIRE. I don’t want to ever come back there and it’s all bc of the lazy, poor customer service...

Once again, a poor experience at this place, though this time it was in a new way. We pulled up to the window, sat for a couple minutes without a soul coming to the window. Looking in, I can see three people milling around. I wait a couple minutes more, then back up and pull forward again to make the chime go off again. No response. It's been close to 7 or 8 minutes and I still haven't talked to anyone. By now, someone's walked by, looked at me, and kept going. I wait a couple more minutes and then go around to the front and walk in. I ask the girl if they're not doing the drive-through anymore and her response is it isn't her spot. I order a hotandready and leave.

At the very very minimum, somebody could have come to the window (5 feet from their positions while they were standing there) and said they were in the middle of something and could help me in x minutes, or I could pull around. Guess these people and this location can't be bothered.

I go to this Little Caesars a couple times each month. I feel like it's hit or miss on the food and service. There have been days where the food is delicious and the service is great, and then there have been days where the food is mid and the service is extremely slow.

I know they're probably being overworked and have a small staff, and there are days where they're quick. I know theyre doing their best. The only reason I don't give 5 stars for service though is because the last time I was there we waited 30ish minutes after the food was supposed to be ready and the 2 cars next to us were waiting for nearly an hour. Another time I ordered a delivery via Doordash and the restaurant didn't have my stuff ready; the driver had to wait for 25 minutes after the food was supposed to be ready.
