What a joke only if the joke hadn't cost me $35, and on my meesly $804 disability income that's a fortune, Pizza hut should be ashamed of their self, for $35 we got a cold pizza,(no cheese or peppers they were an extra charge, 2 uncovered cold pastas but no breads sticks as pictured that too was extra charge. There was curbside contactless delivery offered but the store was not set up to accommodate it I guess they don't have time to update their menu so they just let people request it and expect it only to have to figure out that the pizza is not going to be brought out. The manager when I called in a very condescending manner explained that none of this was her fault and that she didn't know why it was like that she had no problem giving us a couple of bread stix if we would come get them. That was the punch line seeing it was a 40 min round trip for us and the gas alone was more than we should have spent! Much less the food and the tip I do stupidly gave ..... For what I can't say but I can say why I should be refunded that tip ! Sorry food, sorry menu, sorry service and sorry management, it's an example {of what not to do in a restaurant . And if the stuff people see is this sorry can you imagine what the stuff you don't see is like (kitchen, freezer, fridge, dish pit, bathroom...

Even at the west Markham location. But the one person who always stood out was the manager whose name begins with a "C". I'm not going to put her full name out here because I don't have permission. She makes sure everyone is well taken care of. This from the customers to the workers. This is my opinion and what I ha e witnessed time and time again. The one thing that got me today was that it was just her and another gentleman running the shop today (5/26/24). She did it with her usually smile, professionalism, and accuracy! She deserves a raise if anyone at pizza hut should get one. We as customers owe her and the employees our kindness and patience. She did irritate me a little by apologizing for waiting when she was short of staff and still able to pump out orders. She had no reason to do that. Especially when she is working as hard as she could to do her. So ma'am I thank you. Please keep up...

Called to have it refunded to order again, this time I am accused of not paying, showed the receipt, driver called the store, said it's doordash's problem, told me it's the huts problem, noe just had the remake ordered by corporate and they're asking me to pay AGAIN!?!?
