Schlotzsky's — Restaurant in Little Rock

Although a HUGE Scholtsky’s fan in general, I just had a terrible experience at the restaurant in west Little Rock. I showed up @7:40 with my parents who were visiting from out of town; and, upon trying to order, was informed that we could order and take food to go, but since they were closing at 8 PM, that we could not eat in the dining room—a full 20 mins from then. So we ordered and got our food in bag to leave (pissed off!) and my mother kindly asked to speak to the manager to ask her why we couldn’t eat in the dining room—and whomever she was, told us that that was a Scholtshky’s policy, and even that there was a sign on the door indicating as much! Not only were they rude to us, but they’re also liars and they made the restaurant look terrible. I can’t wait to ask for the owner’s/owners’ email address(es) the next time I am close so that I can inform him/her/them about these terrible two...

Placed an online order for delivery. Requested a delivery time 2 hours later than I ordered. Rec'd a call from someone who later claimed to be the manager - 20 mins before my order was supposed to be delivered. He repeatedly told me they don't offer delivery. Argued with me about this. When I finally received my order nearly 30 mins late, it was HORRIBLE! Rotten avocado on my sandwich, soggy and ice cold bread, HOT salad, this was just the beginning. Called the store back to complain, manager continued to argue with me. Lied repeatedly, even though I had a record of the times of the previous calls. Had to threaten to call corporate office (and may still do it) to get any resolution. Claimed he would give me a refund to my card that was used to purchase the food. Requested an email confirmation of refund, have not received it. EXTREMELY disappointing to...

I ordered the Chicken Jalapeno Pizza online. It gave me the option of removing or adding items. I asked for additional cheese and was charged $1.20.

These pizzas aren't made in the store. They are frozen and shipped to the stores. I was curious as to how they would remove an item, but thought they could surely add additional cheese. NOPE. Same ole' frozen, pre-made Schlotzsky's pizza. When I picked it up it was already cold and had no extra cheese.

When I walked into the restaurant, the guy "working" the drive thru and the counter was watching TV. He did greet me when I walked in, but never walked to the counter to help me. The gal in the kitchen handed my pizza.
