Keke's Breakfast Cafe — Restaurant in Littleton

This review is based on our experience today. Cute place, amazing server (Sean, I think). However, the pace and timing, urgency of food was non existent.

We arrived around 12:10pm on a Sunday and we’re greeted promptly by our server who said he would be back to sit us. We waited and then a person (not a server, maybe manager) came to the host stand and didn’t acknowledge us, was attempting to find something. We waited another minute and another server greeted us and sat us.

We ordered pretty quickly and our server was friendly/on it and made a point to tell us it would be about 15-20 minutes. It was just my daughter and I. She ordered chocolate pancakes and eggs and I got a wrap and a Togo meal.

At about the 30 minute mark, our server kept saying it would be coming soon. At 40 minutes, my food arrived and hers would be another second. Then he came back that it would be minutes. At this point I just asked to box everything up. Mine was already missing a component and we would rather eat at home.

Again, our server was apologetic and communicated the whole time ad well as gave us a 25% discount which was kind given we still intended to eat the food. I was totally fine paying full price, just disappointed about how long it took, more for my child’s food.

We get home and they ended up adding my missing item but you can tell they forgot to make her pancakes chocolate chips and sadly threw a couple chips on the top which was just the icing on the cake of the whole experience. Plus no syrup to go which I should asked or made sure of.

The food was all just okay, my mood could’ve impacted that it was nothing to write home about. It’s hard to go back to a place where service was great but leaving within an hour of arriving with no food is just...

What a disappointing experience! I had heard there was a new breakfast/lunch place in the Town Center area, so I eagerly met up with a couple of friends there to check it out. Very much a letdown! The food was average (we had breakfast), and the portions were small. The coffee was the worst coffee I believe I've ever had - I don't really know what they did to it, but when you come to a restaurant for breakfast, good coffee is essential! After adding much creamer, it was drinkable, albeit not good. The service was incredibly bad - not that our waiter was slow but that he was incredibly senseless, not respecting our time deciding what to order, and after eating, continually bothering us to see if there "was anything else we needed" (the restaurant was half empty so tables were not an issue). To top it all off, he finally came to our table and said that it had been 90 minute since we first sat down so we needed to pay now - we could continue sitting there and he would continue to be our waiter, and if we wanted anything else he would start a new tab. Unbelievable - I have eaten in thousands of restaurants all around the world, and in my younger days was a waitress - I have to say this was unprecedented! Needless to say, I will...

Had such a great experience at Keke’s and wanted to highlight the amazing service we received from our waitress, Esmeralda. From the very beginning, she was welcoming and attentive without being overbearing. She took our order quickly and made sure everything was accurate, which I really appreciated since that doesn’t always happen at other places.

One thing that really stood out to me was how thoughtful she was with the little details. Esmeralda brought out our condiments ahead of time, before our food even arrived. That might sound small, but it’s something I’ve never had another server do and it made the meal go so much smoother since everything we needed was already on the table. She also kept our drinks filled the entire time without us even having to ask — she was on top of it!

On top of being efficient, Esmeralda was incredibly kind and genuine. She checked on us often, made sure we were happy with our food, and carried herself with such professionalism. Her great attitude and customer service skills truly made the visit special.
