I am compelled to share my feedback with the hope that it will drive positive change. During my recent visit, I attempted to address an overcharging issue and receiving incorrect orders with Lalo. Unfortunately, he became defensive and prioritized making his point on how he needs to charge me extra to make my coffee sweet over listening. I was taken aback by his plan to charge extra for my asking for my coffee to be a bit sweeter , which seems very unreasonable to lalo. As a manager, Lalo would benefit from developing stronger interpersonal skills and focusing on customer satisfaction rather than generating additional revenue from a person who wants a coffee sweeter. I suggest considering Alex for a leadership role, as they demonstrate a stronger commitment to customer satisfaction. My previous visit was also marred by overcharging and incorrect orders. I believe that with a competent and customer-focused manager, this Burger King location has tremendous potential for growth. Perhaps with a new leadership approach, this establishment can prioritize quality service and provide a welcoming experience for all customers. Lalo would benefit from refraining from using profanity and focusing on delivering exceptional customer service which 9 dont think he can. By doing so, this location can unlock its full potential and attract a loyal customer base. But it is obvious he doesn't have the skills to do his job up to the fullest and to respect customers and not overcharge them and then not listen when they try and say something. Lalo is a horrible manager. It is a shame Alex, the one who treats his customers with respect, is not the head manager, as he would be amazing and would keep the customers coming, unlike Lalo, who will cuss you out and charge more than he should and be okay with it. I mean I have never heard someone charge more to have a coffee sweet; Lalo will tell you 20 times he need to charge mote of ypu need a sweet coffee a joke lalo B8t then again they are lucky to have a 3 star rating and I am at a loss how they even gpt that with Lalo as...
Read more-EDIT UPDATE- Corporate BK reached out and apologized for the confusion on the website and disconnect between corporate and franchise operations. They voluntarily refunded the entire ticket rather than just the shakes. I have increased my overall rating to 3 stars from 2. We saw the ads about home delivery, had never tried this location since moving here and thought a whopper and shakes would be good, delivery a bonus. We placed the order through bk.com, as they advertised, to get their $1 delivery fee.
What we've learned since placing this order is you cannot get a shake from the Live Oak location from 3:30 to 6pm as their machine goes into defrost mode during that time BUT the website won't indicate that, you simply have to know. The location called to tell us the food was about ready but they could not make the shakes. I told them okay, just refund the money and we will be fine with that. The guy said okay and hung up.
Door Dash delivered and explained the location said they could not do the refund, I'd have to cancel the shakes online. The bk.com system does NOT allow any cancellations or changes. Door Dash called me a few minutes later to explain they cannot do a refund as I used the bk.com site not their site. I called the Live Oak location and the woman that answered explained she cannot refund the money as they're a franchise store and the bk.com website is a corporate owned site and they don't communicate. She also told me about their shake machine never being available during the times I gave above.
IF we ever do try this location again we will NEVER try delivery from Burger King again...what should have been a relaxing burger at home has turned into a stressful mess of an experience. Beware the website and understand their...

Sign out side indicates $.99 any size icees. We've been getting them here nearly every day at that price for at least a year.
Went to drive thru and was given price of nearly $3 for a large. Told them the roadside sign said less. Was told to take a picture of sign to prove it.
Took picture and then went into restaurant. Had to wait a few minutes for manager (steve, i think?) at the register to finish what he was doing before he even acknowledged me to take the order.
Asked him about the price difference and he said it was a promotion and that was over. Asked why the menu board also said $1.00, he said that was only a small even though ALL other drinks had small, med, large prices listed.
Showed him the photo i took less than 5 minutes - that he asked for - of the roadside sign and he said "that's not our sign". REALLY???? I'm at burger king, there's not another one next door, so who's sign is it?
I realize it's only a couple dollars, but I have never been so insulted.
We get this drink most every day from this restaurant. Or rather used to. Will be taking our business somewhere else. Even if it's to another BK, I'll pay the higher price if i need to, but not from this location.
Management has changed recently and we have noticed, even before this. Customer service and quality of food have gone down too.
It's been over a month or two since my encounter with the manager, the sign is STILL there indicating 99 cents any size. Since I got a gift card to burger king for X-mas this year decided to get an icee and try once more. This time I'm told there is for sure only one size and while it is in fact 99 cents...
