Went thru drive thru today during lunch and a simple mistake by one young lady who originally took my order went left as one item that I ordered for a coworker at the window and paid for wasn’t given to me when I left the drive thru I arrived back at work 3 minutes away and realized the burrito wasn’t in the bag I immediately called the store and a lady who answered was rude upon me trying to explain what happened I tried telling her that I had just pulled off from the drive thru and it could’ve been confirmed by the young lady who took my order that it wasn’t placed in the bag. She rudely cut me off because I’m trying to explain their mistake..so I went back to the store and went inside where she Ms Zo as I found out her name upon arrival she didn’t talk to me so she sent the cook from the back to help me and he admitted to fixing the burrito that was special made to order minutes ago Ms Zo wasn’t done again not addressing me she asked the cook to ask her staff who was on break did I receive the item and she said no.. I wasn’t there for a refund or any confusion. Again just wanted my coworkers burrito that was paid for minutes earlier and was treated as if I wanted free food and not paid for my order as she kept referring to a receipt.. I myself am in the business of Professionalism and Customer Service and if my services are bad I don’t get paid.. Zo was obviously having a bad day but they weren’t busy at all She refused to help me but helped the customers as I was leaving..Management definitely needs to have a talk with her Because I’m in a building of over 200 employees and we cater to their store frequently we place big orders at this location again because it’s convenient.. but customer service goes a long way and her attitude towards me as a buying customer was rude and unprofessional at all levels Had I matched her rudeness I would’ve been looked upon as the aggressor however I remained calm.. but I would like for management to talk with her about Customer Service immediately before she gets hurt or worse with a nonchalant attitude Again I wasn’t begging They didn’t give me my paid for food.. and she sent the cook to speak with me after she was rude on the phone prior to me coming back to the...

Actually... turns out in the end... 9:37pm was on my receipt when I finally made the order. I had already been sitting there for 10 full minutes when I posted at 9:25... so that was an ADDITIONAL 12 minutes to get to order .... and then another 5 minutes after I ordered, waiting to ge to the window. I'll save you the trouble of doing the math.... 27 MINUTES! The window opens up and I get a dull, mumbled, "6.45".... no hello... no thank you... no 'sorry about the wait'.... He runs my card and hands it back to me without a word. "Hot sauce?" "No, thank you." He disappears... comes back, "Here." Receipt says his name is Jonathan. I drive off and call the store. No answer, rings 15 times and goes to the answering machine saying something like "Enter your passcode". I hang up and call back. No answer. Hang up and call back. 10 rings and the manager answers finally with a dull... "Hello." Um, really?! I think he mumbled that his name was Joshua? I had to ask twice, still not sure. I tell him how long I waited and how rude the guy at the window was... "Yeah, uh, sorry about that." Was this guy brain dead?! OH my gosh. I'm about done. But wait... I get home and find that the two crispy tacos that I got for my husband had been thrown in the bag UPSIDE DOWN and it's contents were tossed all throughout the bag. Nice. What a WASTE of time and money. Worst customer service I've ever had... and that is saying a LOT. :( These people DO NOT want to work. Zero work ethic....
We visited this Taco Bell on Patbooker Yesterday afternoon and ordered a Chicken Chalupas combo without sour cream And a nacho box inside the restaurant. I was watching the two individuals making the orders, the younger individual asked the older individual who are assembling the chalupas if he need I’m to put sour cream and responded yes, so the younger individual did so. Then, another individual who was manning the drive-thru jump in and asked the two individuals if the order is right according to the ticket. The older gentlemen who was assembling the order took the chalupas back out because he knew that it was wrong. To rectify the mistake while the supervisor was looking at what they were doing, the older gentlemen took the chalupas and literally took the contents and place it back upside down to hide the sour cream. When the lady whose manning the drive-thru gave us the bag, I asked her twice if the order was right and she looked me square in the eye and lied. I did not have time to deal with it, so when we got home...my husband checked the bag and my suspicion was right. So, we ended up wasting our money and not eat the chalupas. Also to make it even worse, they gave us two extra chalupas filled with sour cream. I don’t think any of my family will be visiting this location. I would also mention this incident to all my friends...
