Laurel Park Place — Local services in Livonia

The Laurel park place is really nice and put together although having little to no stores is not good and having stores just to have them closed all week is even worse. I am giving 4 stars because even though it’s not a lot going on here, they do have some of the best stores in town and that is lovely to shop at every so often. If you think you are going here to cash out for the year I would not attend this mall but if you are day shopping for the week or month I say give it go. Friendly neighborhood mall it’s worth a try. Why not right? I have to say I am truly disappointed in the rock your world shop, rocks, and tranquility shop. It’s been a time when I went to tranquility when they were open and completely got a whole transaction free because they somehow didn’t know how to charge me. Then it seems every time I’m at Laurel park the store crystals & clocks are closed. I’ve once gave the store a call and was told the store would be opening at 12pm. I waited over a hour just to have no one show and open the store. Now when I call I get no answer. Don’t get me wrong I love the store and Brittney who works there does so good and very talented with what she does but please don’t waste folks time when we are trying to support...

This is a good place to shop. It has a great variety of stores to shop at, such as Victoria secret, bath and body works, JC Pennies, Von Maur, Justice, H&M, Carson's, Yankee candle, Pro sorts zone, Johnstons and Murphy, and Clair's. There are also many good places to eat such as, Mrs. Feilds, Leo's Coney island, The Grand tavern, Olga's kitchen, subway, Tevana, Sanders Chocolate, I want candy, Ah Ha Noodles, California Pizza Kitchen, Auntie Anne's, Bubble berry, and many others. this mall has everything you need. The people are friendly there, and make you feel welcome. This is a good place for people of all ages to shop at. This is a big place and easy to get lost so make sure if you have kids you need to keep a good eye on them, and keep them close. This is a good place to have a treasure hunt, you can look for items, or people. My school always does a senior hunt. The seniors look around and the juniors look for them and win a prize for finding the most people. This is a great place to just hang out with friends, or do your Christmas shopping, or to even just buy some clothes you need. The mall was nice it was the first time I had ever been. I visited JcPenny while my friend went and got a massage next door. When I was ready to make my purchase a lady named Parvin helped me . She started to ring up my things and asked if I would like to apply for a credit card and save 35%. I was reluctant to do so I asked her if it took a long time. She replied no. I gave her my driver’s license and she said she needed to call the credit card company. I asked why.. she replied in a rude loud tone I don’t know and turned away from me. She’s asking me questions while she’s on the phone like my address phone number ss loudly and making me repeat it. This whole time I was embarrassed because she’s so loud almost making a scene arguing and being rude on the phone to the credit credit company. I have never experienced this situation in my whole life. I finally walked away from her and told her to hang up the phone I just wanted to purchase the shirts.
