I first discovered Sweet Creations by Michele at the Cleveland Vegan Society's 2024 Vegfest and was thrilled to see vegan croissants being offered for sale; something that is near impossible to find. Michele puts her heart into every one of her delicious vegan bakery treats... and it shows! My favorites are her pain au chocolat croissants and cinnamon sugar cruffins, both of which are worth every penny. So grateful for Michele's fresh, flaky, melt-in-your-mouth pastry that can now be ordered online and delivered. WOW! Michele was an absolute delight to work with, from start to finish. I found out about Sweet Creations By Michele from a Facebook group recommendation for vegan cupcakes by a Black-owned bakery selling creations at the Plymouth Farmer's market on Saturdays and the rest of history! I reached out via email with big order in mind and I was in great hands with Michele. The taste testing was amazing and helpful. I picked up the tasting kit from Laurel Park Mall and my fiancé and I tried the cupcake combinations out at home. We had an easy pick-up the day before our wedding. I ordered a vanilla cake with lemon curd and 9 small cinnamon rolls. They were amazing! Michele definitely has a talent for these desserts, it's hard to believe they're vegan!
