Online ordering experience 0 stars Started my order via the app. It crashed when I proceeded to checkout. Frustrated I switched over to the website online ordering. The website lagged after each selection. Thankfully it did not crash at checkout. Order submitted at 7:25 PM. Designated pickup time was7:45PM.
Instore pickup experience 0 stars The young lady at the register was not attentive or engaging. I explained I was there for an online order. She yelled out "online order" to the back, but never asked for the name on the order. Five minutes goes by and she never asked my name. I told her and she replied "oh pickup for _" My wife placed the online order so someone called her about the order. She missed the call, but saw it was the restaurant. When I asked the cashier if someone had called my wife about the order she said no. She didn't even go to the back to find out. Finally at 8:00PM another lady comes from the back. I asked her about my order and the phone call. She explains that she called because an item was no longer available. Finally at 8:08 I was handed my order. I was offered a beverage for my wait. Seems like everyone that ordered online waited much longer than the people who walked in and ordered. A poor Doordash driver was behind me waiting for a longtime as well.
Food - 3 stars Surprisingly the food was delicious and fresh.

Read moreThe restaurant itself is nice, and clean. The employees are nice...... EXCEPT FOR THE MANAGER BRANDON. Brandon claims that he must have misunderstood my order and gave me the wrong thing (I ordered 2 sides, he gave me 3), so I asked him to fix it because I’m use to paying a certain amount when I go there for lunch daily. He refused to fix it, so if I wanted my food I basically had to pay for his mistake (which I did). The next day I went the line was extremely long (after lunchtime which is normally slow), and it wasn’t that many people In there. After standing there impatiently, I observed the manager (Brandon again) which was suppose to be making plates at the register instead of making food. The cashier was assisting with the drive thru instead of ringing out orders up. At this point I haVe spent way to much time In there, and was about to be late going back to work, so I then ask Brandon (the manager) if I could pay another way to speed things up..... maybe on the app (that a customer in line told me about), and OMG HE LOST IT. Keep in mind I was VERY respectful to him, and he started being extremely rude, yelling and saying nasty things to me, because of the line being long due to his lack of organization with his team. The only reason I went back is because it was the closest one to my job, and because some of the other employees that work there are nice. Read moreI went to the restaurant today and ordered greens (which they never have ready, it's ALWAYS a wait) and two plates. They said a 10-minute wait (sure, no problem...it's always a wait) and park in the front. I did that and started searching on my phone while I waited. Then realize, oh wait! I've been waiting for a while. It's been almost 25 minutes. I take my daughter in the store and tell the girl at the register I've been waiting too long. I want a refund. She said they don't do refunds. I said, "On food, I still need to get?" She rolls her eyes walk over to another lady, and tells her I didn't get my food after a long wait. The lady says we don't do refunds, but you can get a free order of whatever you want. I passed, but the issue wasn't the wait so much as the attitude like I'm bothering YOU! I'm the PAYING customer with no food. LOL. My daughter squeezed my hand, and I took my order and told her I'd leave a review on their poor customer service. She said ok, completely unbothered. It seemed like a skit or something; the audacity and attitude! I had to chuckle and not take it too seriously because that attitude is what we would show in training in what NOT to do. I used to work in customer relations as a career, and mistakes can be made, but you don't get an attitude when I'm the one paying, being patient with YOUR lack of food, time management, and attitude.
