I was excited when little Caesars opened up in Lockport. I had issues the first two times I went there. As they are a new location I figured they probably have some learning curve to get through. So I gave them over a month before trying again. My order wasn't ready 20 minutes after the latest time given on the app (50 minutes after ordering) So I went into the store anyway. They immediately gave me my pizza. Judging by the temperature and the toughness it was probably sitting there for 20 minutes. Why order from the app if they never notify you when you're pizza is done. 3 strikes your out.
Update. I have given this location a few more tries since my original review. I actually had a very good pizza from them on a weekday at noon. Tried again on a weeknight for dinner and the cheese pizza I ordered had very little cheese. It was mostly bread. I couldn't figure out how to attach the picture to the review but I did upload it for this location.
Update March 2025 - I've waited a long time to update this review since this location has been very inconsistent in the past. However they seem to have much better quality and service at this location now. I'm updating my review to 4 stars. I'm not yet ready to update to five stars because of mytinue original horrible experiences but they do seem to have improved tremendously. Hopefully they have turned a new leaf and my recent...
Read moreI was so excited when this location opened, but it has been such a disappointment. The point of "Hot N Ready", is that they actually have pizzas that are indeed "Hot and Ready" to purchase. This location NEVER has pizzas "Hot N Ready". When you walk in, no one will greet you for at least 10+ minutes, since they are always understaffed. They consistently close 45-60 minutes early, with no explanation, while you can see the employees hiding in back kitchen. They have a listed phone number, but don't bother calling, no one will answer. And, if you try to order online or in the app, you'll get an error messages that says," order cannot be placed due to irregularities with payment method, please call the store to place your order". I tried 3 separate CC's, same message, and since they don't answer the phone, the only way to actually order a "Hot N Ready" pizza, is to drive there, order in person, and physically wait 35-40 minutes for them to make it. I have tried to eat from this location 5 seperate times, with one problem after another. Hey Little Ceasars Corporate, I want to give you my money, why don't you want to take...
Read moreAfter getting out of work (8-4) and not eating anything today, I picked up a pizza here and it had to have been sitting in the hot waiting oven for over an hour because the crust was pretty stiff and the cheese was not especially fresh. I eat a lot of pizza and in fact one might say it's pretty much the only thing I eat, this wasn't right. I've had little Caesars in the past from Orland Park and Joliet, but those times I got a hot and ready, it was fresh. The price isn't $5 anymore either, not that I'd be upset over that, if the pizza was actually fresh. I see reviews that say when people want to order here or come in, the doors are locked are no one answers. Maybe everyone thought this place was closed and the pizzas have been sitting here much of the day, in the hot oven? The lady checked and opened the box before handing it over to me, but I suppose this is acceptable over making a pizza that isn't old and lost a little bit more than half it's taste, imo. Disappointed because the lady working was...
